Here is a chance to own a nice, reliable, sports looking, sharp VW Rabbit with low miles. The asking price is about 60% of the Kbb value for this vehicle. It`s automatic with low miles and the most wanted color- Black. Why pay 12 000-13 000$, when you can own same car, same quality, reliable and dependable car and safe easily 5000$?!
Car was bought from insurance auction after being claimed water damage/flood, there for rebuilt title was issued. Car was never painted, neither repaired in any kind of way. It was always running and driving and all equipments inside the car were in working order. Whatever the water damage was, it must of been very minor. The only thins missing, was a key to the car and a new key was made at VW Dealership. For security purposes engine and transmission oil was changed and after that car been driven over 2000 miles without giving absolutely NO problems. Car is very, very clean inside and out and there is NO odor of any kind.
Some of the options are:
Power Steering, Power Mirrors, Power Windows Power Door Locks
Car has also passed: Dmv license and theft bureau inspections
Nc safety and imissions inspections
For out of state buyer, instant rebuilt title will be issued, so no hassle about waiting or not being able to register the car!
If you fly to Charlotte, to pick it up, i can meet at the airport. If u need help with shipping, i can help with that also.
Honestly Car handles amazing with lots of power you wouldn`t think is 5 cylinder car. Good thing also, it takes regular gas and about 30$ to fill up the gas tank. I just took the car on a trip from Nc to Miami Florida and we made it up there with 2refills only! Car is being used as a daily driver so miles change everyday! This semi-autonomous stroller from VW is a great idea
Thu, Aug 13 2015We're still on the fence about the prospect of autonomous vehicles. On the one hand, they promise to make commuting a breeze and collisions a thing of the past. On the other, they stand to take us away from the steering wheel, and that's something we can't abide. But an autonomous stroller, now that's the kind of idea we can get behind. Shame such a thing doesn't exist... right? That's what we assumed until we saw this spot from Volkswagen. The German automaker's Dutch office posted on Facebook, asking the public for suggestions on how the company might improve other products, aside from automobiles. The most popular response was a baby stroller with automatic braking. So they went ahead and built one. The resulting prototype – and we're sorry to report that it's just a prototype for the time being – doesn't just have automatic braking. It can even follow the parent (or nanny or whomever) around under its own power and with its own steering. It's got the adaptive cruise control sensor from a Golf and is programmed to keep a fixed distance from the guardian in front. Or so the video suggests, at any rate. There's a good chance that there's some manner of trickery going on here, probably in the form of a hidden engineer off-screen with a remote control, and hopefully without an actual baby on board. Whether it's real or not, the invention in the commercial is sure to pique the interest of the parents among us, and maybe get those without kids thinking about taking that big step... stroller autonomously in tow.
Bentley considering diesel engine for new SUV
Wed, 05 Mar 2014Turns out, in case you didn't know, the rich are just like regular people. They too are concerned about the environment, even when tooling around town in their super-luxurious Bentleys. So the automaker is weighing the idea of offering a diesel engine in its SUV offering, which could help satisfy customers' demands for more fuel-efficient engines.
Chairman and CEO Wolfgang Schreiber told Autoblog in a roundtable interview at the Geneva Auto Show that the automaker is researching whether or not a diesel engine makes sense for the brand. Bentley, owned by the Volkswagen Group, could in theory use a diesel engine from anywhere in the Volkswagen Group family. We at Autoblog have hopes they'll revive the V10 TDI used in the VW Touareg until 2010, but ever-stricter emissions laws would likely make that problematic.
But rich people aren't so much like us that they'll be worried about petty things like pricing. Schreiber admitted the diesel engine could be a $15,000 option, which he said customers would probably find "acceptable." Given that the cheapest Bentley today starts at $177,000, typical customers probably won't be diddling around worrying about an extra 15 grand.
Volkswagen showcasing latest emergency vehicles at RETTmobil
Wed, May 6 2015RETTmobil may not be the top show on our calendars, but it's the top destination for police and emergency vehicles in Europe. The show opens this week in Fulda, Germany, and Volkswagen has revealed some of the vehicles it'll be presenting to first responders there this year. Leading the charge will be the new Golf Alltrack that has been set up specially as a command car, with special lighting, graphics and equipment like an accident data recorder and unique control panel. It'll be joined as well by specially equipped versions of the Passat, Tiguan and Touareg. Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles will also be on hand to showcase an Amarok pickup set up as a beach patrol car (you know, just in case Hasselhoff happens to be in town for the show), as well as a Transporter T6 van set up as an armored personnel carrier and a Crafter ambulance.
