1973 TR6 Runs and drives very well, with some upgrades, which include dual weber carbs, remote oil cooler with stainless braided lines and spin on filter, electronic ignition, top oil feeder for rocker arm, tube shock conversion rear.I replaced bushings and shocks on the front end and rebuilt the transmission last year,Rebuilt calipers and new brake lines from the frame to the caliper, adjusted rear brakes, slave cylinder kit and waist seals on the doors this year, recent clutch and pressure plate before I purchased the car.All brake and fuel lines are clean and fittings are not rusted. The paint is passable for a driver some nicks and touched up spots,White is not the original color .The only rust I've found was a hole under the battery because the battery box was broken,I syliconed the holes and put in a new box.The top was new in 2002 and the car has been in dry storage until I bought it 2 years ago so it's in very good condition, needs one snap replaced. The seal around the windshield glass needs to be replaced and I have the new seal and chrome bead. The tires are Michlin red lines with very little milage, they look new.The seat covers should be replaced and the speedometer is not accurate above 40 mph,no radio, other then that everything is good and working. I had planned to keep this car and continue to improve it but I found a TR4 that I couldn't pass up so I want to put my efforts into that. Thanks for Looking

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack
Sun, 21 Sep 2014Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
