You are viewing a beautiful, restored 1970 Triumph TR6. Serial  CC50169

Mileage is 90500 miles. This car has been in Canada since 2007, and  kept in the garage. Tittle is clear and we have documentations on the history of the car and an Appraisal done in 2007.

The previous owner had it in Ohio since spring 2004 and always kept it garaged and the car never saw the rain.

The car had a body on restoration in 1999. The car was in good shape before its restoration but the previous owner wanted to improve it. The car was purchased by the previous owner in 1998 for $7900 and then had approx $6000 in parts and labour restoration since. The car was disassembled for painting and re-assembled by his local Foreign Car repair shop called Upstairs-Downstairs. Documentation is available from the restoration.

Engine is original and runs great. Still has original twin carbs.

The car is painted Dodge Viper Red and features a custom roll bar and embroidered black leather seats in its newer interior. I would estimate the paint as being a 8 out of 10 now 14 years after the restoration.

-Panasport Wheels and like new Dunlop P215-65R15 Tires
-Aftermarket Sony CD radio
-Oil cooler and spin on oil filter conversion
-Rear shock conversion
-New smaller wood steering wheel (For tall drivers, I'm 6'4")

Some of the items replaced or repaired during its restoration or since are:

-New radiatior 2004
-Battery 2013

-New rubber floor mats
-New convertible top with zipper rear window (convertible frame was stripped and painted)
-Seat frames restored and re-padded and re-webbed
-Front bumper and center rear bumper
-Windshield seal

Runs great and mechanically sound. Fun car to drive and handles great
Frame is solid with no rot and no rust.
You are welcome to come and view the car.

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Sun, 21 Sep 2014

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
