Winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for FULL payment at that time. FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM CLOSE OF AUCTION.Pickup times must be scheduled with 72 hours notice, due to getting the vehicles ready, paperwork ready, etc. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Appropriate feedback MUST be left by the time of pick up or shipping! There is a $280 dealer services fee added to OUT OF STATE transactions.This fee includes all paperwork,mailing,messenger and temporary registration fees(if u need temp tag please provide insurance for this vehicle)No exceptions including dealers. For CT residents tax + reg and $300 DEALER CONVENIENCE FEE applies. No exceptions. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipment of this vehicle within 14 days of auction end and pays all shipping costs. All vehicles not picked up after 14 days from the close of auction will be subjected to a $20.00 per day storage fee, unless satisfactory prior arrangements are made and full payment has been received.

Classic cars will show difference in there condition based on whether original or restored expect normal wear and tear. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many ways below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit, especially on "no reserve" auctions. As such, we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the Extended Service Warranty (available on most cars). This will help defray the cost of mechanical repairs should any become necessary in the future. Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that does not change the fact that they are used vehicles and repairs may be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. All basic maintenance should be done to start off from scratch with your new vehicle we will check all fluids. While we to service any known defects it is always possible for any used vehicles to need service or repairs in the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc....do not always remain with the vehicle throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local Factory Dealer or here on eBay for a few dollars.
