2000 Toyota Solara Se Coupe 2-door 2.2l - Very Clean Car - No Reserve!! on 2040-cars
Davidsonville, Maryland, United States
|
You are bidding on a 2000
Toyota Camry Solara LE with a well-maintained 117k miles. It's not a perfect car, but it is in pretty good shape. The engine is very strong and peppy with extremely good gas
mileage as you would expect in the mid-30’s.  The transmission shifts
100% through all gears.  The oil has just been
changed.  A/C blows cold.  Power windows function properly.  Sunroof opens and closes without issue. Radio
has been upgraded to include in-dash dvd player (also plays bluetooth and pandora.) The paint is in excellent
condition.  There are no scratches at all. There are a couple of small dings (pictured) as you might
expect for a car of this year -  but car was garaged through ownership. The interior is in great condition with
very little signs of wear.  The seats and carpet are in great
shape.  The driver's seat does have a small puncture on the bolster (pictured.) Tires have about 70% tread left.  Brakes and rotors
are also in very good shape.  Issues to address: The carpet in the trunk has a small white paint stain (pictured.); Interior light is missing. Minor issues but I thought I would include them anyway. Overall, this is a great
car with years of service left for the next owner. This
vehicle is being offered for sale “AS-IS” because of year and
miles.  If you are new to Ebay or if you have fewer than 4
transactions, please contact me prior to bidding for approval to bid or I will
cancel your bid immediately.  There is a $125 documentation fee in
addition to the final selling price. A $500 non-refundable deposit is
required via Paypal within 48 hours of auction close.  Transaction must be
completed within 7 days of auction end (full payment and pick-up arrangements
at least).  I have done my best to describe the vehicle as accurately as
possible.  Once purchased, this car can be driven anywhere in the
country without issue.   Contact me via email with any
questions.  Please bid with confidence and good luck. |

Suzuki and Daihatsu join Toyota electric vehicle venture
Wed, Jul 21 2021TOKYO — Suzuki Motor Corp and Daihatsu are joining a commercial electric vehicle coalition led by Toyota Motor Corp, the carmakers announced on Wednesday, helping the Japanese alliance expand its focus from trucks to smaller cars. The two automakers will each acquire a 10% stake in the joint venture, on par with Isuzu Motors and Hino Motors, while Toyota will hold a 60% stake, they said. "With Suzuki and Daihatsu joining the project and working together, we'll be able to expand our circle of cooperation to not only cover commercial vehicles but also mini vehicles," said Toyota President Akio Toyoda. "With this expansion, I believe that we'll be able to take one step closer to a better mobility society," Toyoda said. The move comes as Japanese automakers face growing competition from tech giants and other rivals making electric and driverless cars. Toyota, Isuzu and Hino launched the Commercial Japan Partnership Technologies Corporation in April to bolster their competitive edge in connected, commercial vehicles. Daihatsu's president Soichiro Okudaira said joining the pact and introducing connected, mini-commercial vehicles would allow data sharing, a major benefit for companies to provide better services to customers and improve logistics efficiency. Oh Buoy! Toyota sinks to Spongebob depths with custom Highlander
Mon, 15 Jul 2013The launch of the 2014 Toyota Highlander is being assisted by Bikini Bottom's number one resident, SpongeBob SquarePants. The new crossover has been wrapped with SpongeBob's square mug all over it as if he's saying "I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm ready," from every direction. Inside is a cabin that Toyota says "captures all of the beloved character's high-octane energy," but might make you question whether this is really the world you want to live in.
Revealed on SpongeBob Day at the San Diego Padres vs. San Francisco Giants baseball game in San Diego, CA on July 13, the Highlander will go from there to seven locations nationwide on a "Happy Driving Tour," ending at the LA Auto Show in November.
You can read all about it in the press release below, as well as ways to fill your life with more SpongeBob than is probably healthy.
