Drive in luxury with this classic Rolls Royce Silver Spur, for less than the cost of a new Fiat. I have owned this Rolls for about 5 years and have taken VERY good care of it. I just bought a Ferrari and I have to sell something so it will fit in the garage. Since I have 2 Rolls - Royce s this has got to go, to make room. It is fully equipped with all the luxury equipment and all systems are fully operational. The paint is original and in great shape as it has ALWAYS been garaged. I have drove it many times from my home in Las Vegas to Los Angles and back for USC functions. IT GLIDES UP AND DOWN THE STEEP SLOPES WITH EASE. The engine runs very strong and was recently tuned up, including replacing the CIS fuel injection system. I am retired and not afraid to drive it anywhere to make the sale or show it to serious buyers. Please call to make an appointment- (951) 750-3020.   Please contact me if you have a serious offer as I will consider ALL offers. Thanks for looking!

Rolls-Royce luxes up Paddington Bear

Thu, 06 Nov 2014

There are few things quite as quintessentially British as Rolls-Royce and Paddington Bear. And now the two have come together in one glorious creation.
As part of a promotion for a new Paddington movie and to raise funds for the UK's National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), London is decorating itself with a series of 50 sculptures reinterpreting the classic British children's character dotting the Paddington Trail across the city.
One of those installations has been created by Rolls-Royce, whose take on Paddington wears a brown leather duffel coat with a purple cravat and hat, a zebrawood suitcase and a pair of MK8 driving goggles that pay homage to the company's gentleman-racer history. He stands atop a chrome base modeled after Rolls' iconic Pantheon grille.

Rolls-Royce Wraith convertible planned, SUV rumors kicked to the curb

Mon, 29 Apr 2013

Seeing as it adheres to the exotic car template we've known for years, it should surprise no one that the next model from Rolls-Royce will reportedly be a convertible version of the Wraith. When the coupe is on its way to dealers at the end of this year, company CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös has told Autocar that the British luxury marque start applying itself to the convertible.
At no time will they apply themselves to an SUV, though. Still sticking to its brand-value guns, Müller-Ötvös says that an SUV wouldn't have that trademark Rolls-Royce feeling and that such a vehicle hasn't even been discussed. Having heard this before from other brands, we can't help but suspect that one day in the future we'll hear the phrase, "Oh, but this is the Rolls-Royce of SUVs."
The investment in an SUV would also mean a huge investment in the factory at Goodwood, however, since Wraith production is expected to need three shifts and raise levels to near capacity. And forget about building anything from The Spirit of Ecstasy somewhere else, Müller-Ötvös saying, "Rolls-Royces are built in Goodwood."

Pebble Beach Concept Car Lawn adds class to the grass

Sun, 17 Aug 2014

While Pebble Beach is traditionally thought of as the refuge of the pristine and pricey vintage vehicles of the world, there's no shortage of newer vehicles on display. And when we say "new," we mean really new. As in, not even in production new. This is the concept car lawn, and it's home to an eclectic group of vehicles from past and present.
Of course, calling it the "concept car lawn" is a bit of a misnomer this year (as it has been in previous years, too). Production models like the Alfa Romeo 4C were on display, alongside known quantities like the Hennessy Venom GT and modified versions of already-on-sale models, like the Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Waterspeed Collection.
There were a few concepts on display, though. Toyota debuted the critically acclaimed FT-1 Concept in a new shade, while BMW's Beijing Motor Show stunner, the Vision Future Luxury, was also parked on the expensive grass. Also appearing were the Nissan GT-R in sheep's clothing, the Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge, and the recently debuted McLaren P1 GTR.
