Don't let the salvage title fool you or deter you from looking at this incredible vehicle is probably what you would expect me to say if I'm trying to sell this vehicle. However all I'm trying to do let someone else have the opportunity to enjoy this vehicle as I need something with more space and seats:)
Beautiful red leather interior, taken care of for a 13 year old car, as well as low mileage!
I bought this vehicle with full knowledge that it was a salvage and have done everything to return it to Porsche glory that I have been able to do (I'm a Marine so there is only so much that I can do:)), and all that remains is the plastic guards for the corners of the bumpers on the bottom, a new mass air flow sensor, and a Shut off valve p/n 99660520101, and a spare tire and road kit (all of which can be gt for a total of under $500)
I have bought new aftermarket tailights, new Porsche racing rims, new tires, brake and lamp inspection, smog and registration in California, new bulbs for everything, permanent rear racing spoiler, and cat bypass racing exhaust, and k/n cold air intake!
I have been very happy with this car, sounds like a beast and turns heads with the silver and red color scheme ( would turn more heads with a red top which can be got for 300! )
With over 260 ( not dynod but with all that's done to it I can't imagine it being lower ), a 0-60 time of 5.4 seconds (trust me on that) this isn't a slow car by any means! The trip tonic transmission works like a dream and this car will make you sink into the full red leather racing lux seats...as well as making your heart sink into your stomach:)
I have a book of 101 projects that can make this car a complete beast!
This car is not a lemon and I am sad to see her go, but I need something with more seats, like a truck, since I plan on getting a bike.
For all the people that keep asking, yes I was well aware of the status of the title when I bought it, but I cannot stress enough how the title is due to body damage, not engine or frame, and has since been fixed.
Send me a message on here if you would like more pictures, or text me at 501-772-0949, as I have taken plenty from all angles and am willing and ready to take item specific pictures for your perusal.

Is Porsche planning a GT5?
Tue, May 19 2015A trademark application filed in Europe suggests Porsche could be planning a GT5 model to slot at the bottom of its track-focused sports car lineup. The German automaker's GT skunkworks division in Weissach earned its reputation with enthusiasts producing the GT3 and GT3 RS versions of the 911, and previously offered GT2 and even GT1 models as well (although the latter was a limited homologation special). It recently extended itself slightly downmarket with the launch of the Cayman GT4, but this trademark application – already reportedly accepted in Germany and currently being reviewed by the European office – suggests an even more accessible model could be on its way, Autocar reports. Just what form a GT5 would take, however, remains a mystery. The numerical progression would suggest that Porsche is planning a hardcore version of an even smaller sports car, if such a project ever got off the ground to slot in below the Boxster and Cayman. Given that the 911 has bred both GT2 and GT3 versions, Weissach could alternatively be planning an additional GT version of the Cayman, or planning a hardcore version of the Boxster. The prospect of a GT5 version of the Macan, Cayenne, or Panamera seems unlikely as the alphanumeric designation has never been applied to anything other than a two-door coupe, but then we never really know what the future will bring: Before 2002 Porsche had never done anything with more than two doors altogether. These designations are typically borrowed from their corresponding racing class, and of course there is no GT5 category. But then most of these racing classes have been amalgamated into GT3 anyway, unless Porsche is planning on using the name for its own entry-level spec racing series. But at this point we're just spitballing. It's just as likely that the company has simply filed the trademark application to keep its options open for the future. Related Video:
Jaguar F-Type pitted against Porsche 911 Cabriolet by Tiff Needell
Wed, 24 Apr 2013You knew it wouldn't take long and it looks like EVO is first onto YouTube with a battle between the 2014 Jaguar F-Type and the 2013 Porsche 911. Tiff Needell spends a few laps warming up the tires (read: drifting like mad) in each droptop before getting in a timed run to see who's champion and who's second best.
Before the bell rings, its the Porsche that's got everything to lose, the 50-year-old era-defining sportscar getting on with a 3.4-liter flat-six, 350 horsepower, a seven-speed manual and a 3,197-pound curb weight. Other sportscars, like the F-Type, continue to eye the 911 like a flag atop Everest that they plan to first touch, and then rip from its socket. The mid-trim Jaguar rolls into the contest with a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 with 380 hp, an eight-speed automatic with paddle shifters and a curb weight of 3,521 pounds.
The video below shows you what happens when you let all those numbers fight it out on the same stretch of curvy track. Check it out.
Porsche 959 Prototype started it all
Wed, 11 Sep 2013While Porsche was unveiling the new Nürburgring-dominating 918 Spyder downstairs in Hall 3 here at the Frankfurt Messe, there was another Porsche supercar quietly and discretely on display upstairs in the same hall. That, of course, was the 959. But not just any 959: this was the original Gruppe B prototype.
The 959 was first developed as a rally car in the early 80s to compete with the likes of the original Audi Sport Quattro S1, Ford RS200 and Lancia Delta S4. But Zuffenhausen soon saw its potential as a production road-going supercar, emerging as a technological marvel to challenge the decidedly linear approach of the Ferrari F40. It still stands as a groundbreaking supercar in its own right, but also lead to the first all-wheel-drive 911 Turbo and set the stage for the Carrera GT and aforementioned 918 Spyder that followed to cap the top of the evolving Porsche range.
This original Gruppe B prototype, which presaged the production 959, packed a 450-horsepower 2.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six into an even sleeker form than the final version that followed. We caught up with it on display as part of a display of 80s German classics, of which this 959 prototype immediately stood out as the pick of the proverbial litter. Check out the hotness in the high-resolution image gallery above.
