1982 Porsche 928 928s 928s4 Red Black Manual Five Speed 5spd 1983 1984 1981 Mint on 2040-cars
Manhasset, New York, United States
I am selling my mint condition 1982 Porsche 928 with only 79k original documented miles. Always professionally serviced at Huntington Porsche. I have a stack of service records. It really didnt need much over the years just mostly routine maintenance. The car always starts right up and performs like new. It drives smooth and straight. The clutch feels like new. Everything but the fuel gauge works as it should. Yes, even the clock!
Comes with Sony stereo system. The car was professionally painted about 8 years ago and has been in the garage since except occasional jaunts here and there so the car didn't deteriorate. Always garaged, never smoked in, no accidents. Two owners since new. First owner for a few years and second owner since the mid 80's. Brand new Pirelli P4000 tires all the way around. Super shiny paint. Immaculate interior except the dash vinyl is pulling away a bit, It can probably be affixed with adhesive. Underneath is not a rust bucket at all. This is a beautiful 928 that elicits compliments everywhere I take her. Rare 5 speed manual transmission. All maintenance is up to date and ready to enjoy! I am willing to drive it to Porsche or any local mechanic of your choice for a prepurchase inspection. If you have any questions or would like to make an offer feel free to call, text, or email me anytime. Corey 561 420-1200 |

Porsche wants you to 3D print your own Cayman
Tue, 10 Dec 2013Have you got access to a 3D printer? Well lucky you, because as we're rapidly learning, the possibilities are virtually endless. And if your tastes lean towards the automotive (as we'd assume they do if you're reading this page), we've got good news.
Porsche has just released 3D printing data for the Cayman S so you can three-dimensionally print out your own and customize to your heart's content. Now Porsche hasn't specified just to what scale the data will allow you to print your Cayman, but we have a feeling that'd mostly be limited by the size of the printer at your disposal. Check it out in the video below and follow the link to the Porsche site to download the file.
Porsche 911: Big in Taiwan
Fri, 09 Aug 2013Porsche is continuing celebrations for the fiftieth anniversary of its iconic 911. In its latest video, it's gone to Taiwan, to interview some of the folks that have grown passionate about the rear-engined sportscar over the years.
By and large, the views expressed in this video could have come from anywhere in the world. The 911 is a great car and that doesn't change from country to country. These enthusiasts have the same passion that fans in England, the United States or Germany have for the Carrera. Take a look below at the full video, to see what the 911 enthusiasts of Taiwan love about their 911s.
Porsche's high-tech 'mirror' turns every car into a Macan
Wed, Dec 17 2014Porsche calls it the "Magic Mirror," but it's less a reflective device and more 12 high-def screens that track drivers pulling into the valet area at a mall in Los Angeles. As they pass the screens in their cars, they get to see what they'd look like pulling up in a Macan, Porsche's newest and smallest crossover. It could be considered the experiential evolution of a prior campaign that let people imagine how a Porsche would look in their driveways, an idea that was taken even further by a dealer in Toronto a few years later. Check out the video to see how it was done and how it was received.
