1967 Porsche 912. The car is in good overall shape but does have some rust bubbles in areas. Paint has a nice shine but is a ten footer, has Knicks, dents, dings, scratches etc (rear quarter is paint is faded). Floor pans and underside are in great shape, this is a matching numbers car to my knowledge. The car runs and drives really nice, 4 speed shifts nice as well. The orginal color appears to be silver but was repainted the current navy color years ago. The interior is in nice overall shape, no tears in seats etc. The dash is the plastic aftermarket and the seats probably could use to be re-stuffed. The chrome has a lot of pitting and a lot of the window seals have dry rot. Just trying to be very honest about the vehicle for whoever is interested in it. If you want a show quality one you need to keep looking. If you want a solid driver quality that you can restore over time or just enjoy as is this would be the car. Has original 15 inch steel wheels that are in good shape,

Robb Report chooses Porsche 911 as its Car of the Year

Robb Report has picked the seventh-generation Porsche 911 Carrera S as its 2013 Car of the Year, saying the two-door captivated its judges with "agility, driving dynamics and balance." The German coupe bested 12 others who were also in the running - the impressive list of nominees included the BMW M5, Audi S8, Ferrari FF, Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG and the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse.
Judging involved more than just throwing darts at pictures on the wall, as the publication enlisted a panel of automotive experts to test drive each vehicle for close evaluation. The panelists included 100 members of the Robb Report Club (comprised of top corporate executives and influential readers), Editor-in-Chief Brett Anderson and automotive consultant Robert Ross. Full results of the competition will be revealed in the luxury magazine's March issue, hitting newsstands in about a week. Porsche rolls out new 919 Hybrid at racing gala

That Porsche is returning to Le Mans next year with a top-tier LMP1 entry is no news - we've known that for some time. We've even seen pictures of the car in question undergoing testing at various racetracks across Europe, been told who'll be driving it and given some basic parameters of what will make it go. We just haven't known what to call it, but now we do.
In detailing its full endurance racing program for next year at its Night of Champions in Weissach, Porsche has revealed that its new LMP1 racecar will be called the 919 Hybrid. So, something like the 918 Spyder, only one faster. With a four-cylinder engine and a pair of electric motors, the 919 Hybrid will be taking on the top class at Le Mans next year, with a compelling roster of drivers on the docket: along with Mark Webber, Timo Bernhard, Romain Dumas and Neel Jani, Porsche has assigned its works driver Marc Lieb and F1 test driver Brendon Hartley to the effort. But that's not all Porsche has in store.
The factory is also supporting teams that will campaign the 911 RSR in the FIA World Endurance Championship as well as the United SportsCar Championship here in the US, taking Porsche off the pit wall and right in the race seat for next year as part of a comprehensive new racing program, details of which you can read in the press release below.

Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee returns June 19, celebrates with new trailer

A brand new season of Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee on the way - it will involve Seinfeld and comedian Robert Klein going to Sing Sing Correctional Facility in what appears to be a Jaguar Mark II - and the trailer is out now. In addition to Klein there'll be appearances by Sarah Jessica Parker, George Wallace, Aziz Ansari and John Stewart. We don't get to see all the rides, but a Buick Riviera GS gets some airtime and the 1949 Porsche 356/2 Gmund from the segment with Jay Leno makes a cameo.
