I am selling my 2002 Carerra 4S to purchase a 2006 Carerra 4S from a friend. This beautiful speed yellow 4S is not only beautiful, it is incredibly fast. If you are looking at any models from 1998-2005, you will want to upgrade the car in so many ways. This one has already been done for you. The upgrades include:
1. FabTech Exhaust;
2. Alpine Navigation System with bluetooth, Sirrus/XM Radio, telephone connection, Ipod connection with two amplifiers and upgrades Morel speakers throughout; The upgrade was beautifully and professionally done and is second to none;
3. H& H racing springs have lowered the car by 3/4 inch;
4. Evolution Air Induction system gives the car a incredible throaty sound when you step on the gas, not to mention a boost in horse power and rev;
5. Short Shifter (allows you to shift literally just using a flick of the wrist;
6. Upgraded Victor Equipment Innsbruck wheels (18") painted black with yellow pinstripe;
This car is so solid and beautiful its really ridiculous. But come see it for yourself. Don't take my word for it.
Disclosures: Last year a young woman cut out in front of me and damaged the front bumper cover and cracked the headlight. I had all the work redone by Stuart's Paint & body in Dallas. Stuarts does all the painting and work for Boardwalk Porsche. I was very pleased with the work and I have all the receipts. Nothing structurally was damaged and everything, and I mean everything, that was scratched, dinged, bent was replaced.
The car has had two previous owners. I am told the first owner owned a Porsche dealership in North CArolina (I believe). The second owner, whom I bought it from, lived in Florida and was in his early 50s and a Porsche enthusiast. He sold the car to me to purchase a Cayenne GTS and I was involved in that whole transaction. Long story.
Anyway, ask any question you want. The previous owner told me the upgrades to the sound system, exhaust, short shift and air induction were upwards of $20k, but I don't have the paperwork to confirm it. But that wouldn't surprise me as being true.

Are you the Porsche Pajun?
Mon, 17 Nov 2014The prospect of Porsche building a smaller version of the Panamera has been an on-again, off-again proposition as the German automaker seems to go back and forth on the project. Last we heard, Porsche had pushed back the so-called Pajun (shorthand for Panamera Junior) until 2019 at the earliest, but we could be looking at it right here.
The automaker's everything-but-automotive division Porsche Design is working on a luxury condo complex called (simply enough) Porsche Design Tower. It's been three years in the making and will take at least another year or two to complete, but the gist of it is that the 57-floor building will include 132 apartments, each with its own en-suite garage in which the residents' cars will be parked thanks to giant elevators.
Porsche Design released a series of renderings showing what the property will look like once complete. Most of the renderings feature Porsches, of course - production models you can find in any of the brand's showrooms, like the one just 23 miles away in Coral Gables. But one of the renderings of the giant glass elevators shows something rather unusual.
Porsche Cayenne spied unconstrained by camouflage
Thu, 05 Jun 2014Meet the facelifted Porsche Cayenne. Our eagle-eyed spy shooters captured this example of Porsche's freshened SUV virtually devoid of camo, giving us our clearest look yet at what the eventual mid-cycle work will do to the strong-selling Cayenne.
The overall changes do, indeed, look minor, with a reprofiled intake being the most obvious item. The headlights are still covered, so we don't know what kind of jeweling has been done, but the shape does appear identical to the current model. Overall, the changes appear totally in line with a mid-cycle refresh.
As we explained previously, a plug-in Cayenne is on the way. It will join a crop of engines that is likely to be similar to what's on offer today, with naturally aspirated, turbocharged, hybrid and diesel variants released over time.
Fatal Tesla Autopilot crash, Porsche debuts 2017 Panamera | Autoblog Minute
Sun, Jul 3 2016A roundup of this week's car news includes the first fatal Tesla Autopilot crash and Porsche's reveal of the 2017 Panamera. Senior Producer Chris McGraw reports on this edition of Autoblog Minute. Show full video transcript text [00:00:00] A motorist is killed while using Tesla Autopilot. In what is believed to be the first fatal accident involving Tesla's autonomous driving feature, the Model S failed to stop when a tractor trailer drove across the highway perpendicular to the Model S, and the car drove underneath the truck. Tesla said the trailer's white paint set against the bright sky were the reason the driver and the Autopilot didn't stop the car. Tesla also called this accident a "tragic loss," and pointed out that it's the first death involving Autopilot in more than 130 million miles. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration [00:00:30] has opened a preliminary evaluation of Tesla's Autopilot. Its evaluation will look at the design and performance of Autopilot during the crash. Find more details at Autoblog.com. The 2017 Porsche Panamera made its official debut this week. With a clear styling link to the Porsche 911, we think this is the best looking Panamera yet. The new Panamera's body is made mostly from aluminum, minus some high-strength steel and optional large panoramic roof overhead. A completely new range of engines powers the second-gen Panamera, starting [00:01:00] with a twin-turbo 2.9-liter V-6 that puts out 440 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque. The Panamera Turbo boasts a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 with 550 hp and 567 lb-ft. Both the 4S and the Turbo come with standard all-wheel drive and an eight-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission. Porsche is claiming that this Panamera set the Nurburgring record for a production sedan finishing just 14 seconds quicker than the outgoing model. We expect to see the 2017 [00:01:30] Porsche Panamera hit deals in January of 2017. Find more details at Autoblog.com. I'm Chris McGraw.
