replica and has been confused on numerous occasions, including enthusiasts shows for the real thing and is
indistinguishable in every way.
This speedster has the upgraded 1915cc engine with dual Weber carbs (most out there today only have the basic
1600cc engine). This also has the additional tonneau cover, authentic badges etc.
We also installed the optional front disc brakes. This car has been cared for lovingly and is in mint condition
with very low mileage. This is your opportunity to purchase a once in a lifetime work of motoring art that drives
better than the original and has a fraction of the ownership cost, and price of the real thing.

Audi RS7 vs. Porsche Panamera Turbo, which would you pick? [w/poll]

Porsche planning new 911 Speedster as 550 tribute
Tue, 12 Nov 2013Some look at the emergence of a new Porsche 911 and see a car. But to Porsche engineers, it might as well be a reset button. Because every time a new 911 comes out, it sets off a tidal wave of new variants to follow, including convertibles, turbos, targas, GT3s... the works.
The next down the pipeline, though, could be one of the most desirable. That, according to German publication Auto Bild, will be a new 911 Speedster. When it arrives early in 2015, the special roadster will reportedly be limited to just 550 examples in tribute to the original 550 Spyder.
It'll reportedly have hidden door handles, a chopped-down windshield and a fabric top to be used only in case of emergency, manually disappearing below a carbon-fiber cowling. All of which makes it sounds as much like a bigger version of the Boxster Spyder as a successor to the last 911 Speedster (pictured above), and that's no bad thing at all.
Meet the man that discovered and restored the oldest existing Porsche
Tue, 11 Mar 2014Luciano Rupolo is an absolutely fascinating gentleman. He was born in France but spent nearly his entire life in Italy as an auto mechanic running his own shop. His grandfather and father instilled a love of sports cars in him that he carried on by historic racing in Italy for decades. He saw his life-long automotive passion repaid when he found and restored the car that might have been the first Porsche registered for the road.
You can spot in his garage a split-window Corvette, Ferrari 250 GTE and other exotics, but Rupolo's most interesting automotive story concerns his Iso Grifo Competizione (pictured above). The sports coupe was found in the Canary Islands as little more than a shell, but Rupolo got help from a prestigious source for its restoration. The result is a motoring masterpiece.
