Hello, I have for sale a 1969 Pontiac Le Mans convertable/ GTO clone. This car is a real classic has all the GTo badges, in hood tach. This car has the 400ci with the automatic transmission. Engine just clicked 100,000 miles, i recently put a new four barrel carburetor and intake (Edlebrock) as well as a Comp Cam, and a Pete Jackson gear drive, and an electric fuel pump. (I did keep all original parts) Power steering, Power brake, new top, paint is 5 years old or so, has two minor scratches on the nose. Interior is black and the only place in it is the passengers head rest. This car is very solid. Has mag wheels with like white letter new tires. This car handles great, it loves to cruise the back roads or freeways. They aren't making any more of these so get one while you can!! If you have any questions or would like to look at this classic Pontiac in person, feel free to call me at 276-732-5912. I am a Virginia dealer. Be sure to check out my other items!! Thanks, J.D. Martin.

BMX rider flips for wrecked Detroit football stadium
Fri, Jun 12 2015Detroit is littered with derelict ruins. Abandoned automotive assembly plants, sure – but also former sports venues, like Tiger Stadium in Corktown, Roesink Stadium in Hamtramck, and the Silverdome in Pontiac. BMX rider Tyler Fernengel remembers going to see the Lions and Pistons play at the Silverdome in his youth, and competed there in Supercross as a boy. The stadium hasn't been used in years, but now, with his career just picking up, Tyler has returned to film this video – riding through its halls, jumping its stairwells and flipping over its grandstands and field. It's a fitting tribute to a once-great venue of suburban Michigan. Check out the footage in this latest clip from Red Bull. Howard Stern latest in Seinfeld's passenger seat for CiCGC
Thu, 06 Feb 2014We'll be honest: the actual cars in Jerry Seinfeld's hit internet series, Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee, typically take a back seat to the celebrities in the front row. Seinfeld usually throws in a few lines about his classic wheels in the first minute or so, and then moves on to the important business of sprightly conversation and pithy one-liners. It's great.
This time around, with legendary motormouth Howard Stern riding shotgun, the 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge that might have been a co-star, gets forgotten about almost completely. Instead, Stern spends a tremendous amount of screen time extolling the virtues of his therapy sessions, attempts to dive into Seinfeld's prowess as a lover and generally makes a nuisance of himself. Pretty much to plan, then.
Scroll below to hear Howard accuse Jerry of acting like Jesus, just before declaring himself the greatest radio personality in the history of the business.
Trans Am Depot teases 2014 GTO
Mon, 24 Jun 2013Here comes the Judge. Court is in session. The verdict is in. How many more tired clichés can we come up with? It hardly seems to matter, because it's happening: Trans Am Depot has announced via the teaser video below that it is launching a 2014 GTO, complete with Carousel Red (bright orange, really) paint and full Judge badging.
The car is based on Trans Am Depot's 6T9 Goat, which, in case you don't get the reverential references, is meant to mimic the look of the 1969 Pontiac GTO. As with the company's other cars -including the 2013 Hurst Edition Trans Am we recently drove - the GTO will be based on the current Chevy Camaro, which means two doors, V8 engines and rear-wheel drive, just like the muscle cars of days past.
As for actual details of what's under the 2014 GTO's hood, we're completely left hanging. We'd expect some sort of power adder (turbo, supercharger or possibly some other form of a highly massaged version of the Camaro's V8), and we certainly know that GM has any number of hi-po crate engines to choose from.
