Here is a real head turner. This 25th Anniversary edition Trans Am was number #748 of only 2000 produced to commemorate the T/A's 25th year. The car was manufactured in St. Therese Quebec and was ordered by Mitchel Pontiac Toyota in San Angelo Texas. These cars were such a hot item that it was sold for $2000 over invoice. The original owner had this car for 19 years. It was always serviced by dealerships and spent most of its life in the south and has never seen snow. The car was driven and enjoyed but has never been in any kind of accident. There are some minor paint chips and some road film on the front of the car that a good buffing will take out. The Tint on the rear glass is not perfect but not bad at all. Graphics are in good shape but I do have a new roof panel decal but have not put it on yet. Outside is a very solid 8.5 out of 10 and is a perfect 4 foot car. The 25th anniversary logo on the center caps is the only thing that will need to be replaced on the exterior as they wore off over the years. The headlight motors are new and brakes have been done in the last 5k and tires are great.
The interior is a solid 9 out of 10. The back seat looks like it was never sat in and all the 25th anniversary logo embroidery is in perfect shape. The drivers side outside seat bolster had some wear on it and was recently repaired. (not replaced) and the stitching was not put back in so to make perfect the stitching could be sewn in. The AM/FM button paint is wore down and steering wheel controls are not working (not electrical, common issue) and the brake pedal rubber boot needs replaced. Other than that, the interior looks like it did brand new.
The engine runs perfectly. The only thing not stock on it is the cold air intake. We just took it 2 hours and back to Pennsylvania and drove perfectly. The A/C unit is new within the last year along with the brakes.
The comes with the original 25th anniversary portfolio that has custom notepad, calculator, pen and pencil set, and tire gage all with the 25th anniversary logo.
Put a few hours into detailing and fixing the minor items and you will have a car ready to take to any show. Any questions feel free to send me a message or call 330 962 9336.

GM expands ignition switch recall to over 1.3 million cars amid climbing death toll
Tue, 25 Feb 2014
588,000 Saturn Sky, Saturn Ion, Pontiac Solstice and Chevy HHR models join the 778,000 cars already being recalled.
General Motors has announced a massive expansion of a 778,000-unit recall we told you about two weeks ago, doubling not only the total number of cars affected but expanding the recall beyond Chevrolet Cobalt and Pontiac G5 models previously mentioned. The recall originally centered around ignition switches that could slip out of the "run" position if jostled or if any weight was applied to the key in the cylinder.
Watch this garbage truck consume a Pontiac Grand Am
Wed, 15 May 2013When an old car or truck offers its dying breath in your driveway and you just don't have the financial or mechanical wherewithal to resuscitate it yet again, you traditionally have to go to the trouble of calling a flatbed or a tow truck to come haul it away. That usually helps to put a few bucks in your wallet and helps recycle some of the vehicle's parts, but the transaction doesn't seem as final or perversely satisfying as the dispatch service that this New Way Cobra Magnum garbage truck offers.
Okay, okay, so this refuse hauler isn't actually designed for this sort of thing, but it's oddly comforting to know that a sanitation truck can compact a hapless Pontiac Grand Am into oblivion. Next time, we won't feel so guilty about slipping that rusty charcoal grille onto the curb next to the cans on garbage day. Watch the carnage by scrolling below.
1939 Pontiac Ghost Car commands $308,000 at auction
Mon, 01 Aug 2011For the 1939 World's Fair, Pontiac built a Deluxe Six bodied in Plexiglass. Part of the Previews of Progress pavilion in which General Motors' Futurama showed off what was to come in the world of autos, the 'invisible' Pontiac is credited as the first transparent car in America. And there were no shortcuts taken with its body: the Plexiglass form was fabricated by the company that brought the material to market in 1933, Rohm & Haas.
The see-through sedan was sold at RM Auctions' St. John's auction in Michigan on July 30, fetching $308,000. Not bad appreciation for a domestic oddity that cost $25,000 to build when new. You can check out the high-res gallery of its innards, including copper and chrome metalwork and white moldings and wheels, and get the exhaustive details on it after the jump.
