Nissan Titan Crew Cab 2x Se on 2040-cars
Vallejo, California, United States
One owner, very clean truck with 133K miles total, no major problems at all, tires, brakes, exhaust catalytic converters recently replaced. The color is blue (looks like black at night) and it is a 2 wheel drive, 5.8L automatic. It has the tow package, extra factory oil cooler, multi cd playerx6, seats are in great shape, no tears, basically everything works including A/C, all windows work. Drivers seat is Power but passenger is not. If you like well maintained trucks then please look at this one. I made sure that the engine received all maintenance as needed and I even took care of the chassis. This truck needs nothing and is ready to go. As far as negatives, I do have a few door dings and a couple scratches but nothing major except the tailgate which is banged up (esthetics only, works perfect). If your looking for a work truck then this is the one for you. The title is clean. I priced this to sell quickly, THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION TRUCK like most of the trucks for sale! It is a safe buy and will not disappoint. If you want the tailgate to be replaced I will put a brand new one on for an extra 400 dollars prior to shipping. Look at the pictures carefully and you will find a very nice and well maintained truck. If you want other pictures then email me and I will send them. The car is exactly as you see it, no armor all or cover ups. COMPARE THE PRICE AND OPTIONS WITH ALL THE OTHER TITANS LISTED, it is hands down the best deal and you don't have to pay tax or any dealer costs. At this price you can buy and sell it for a profit right away. Thanks for looking Good Luck! |

Nissan wants an American driver for its Le Mans team

"We'll use every driver development tool we have to take them to the next level, but they will also have to step up." - Darren Cox
Nissan is aiming to put an American behind the wheel of one of its LMP1 racecars in 2016 as part of plans to grow its motorsports program in the United States.
Detroit 3 to implement delayed unified towing standards for 2015
Mon, 10 Feb 2014Car buyers have a responsibility to be well-informed consumers. That's not always a very simple task, but some guidelines are self-evident. If you live in a very snowy climate, you generally know a Ford Mustang or Chevrolet Camaro might not be as viable a vehicle choice as an all-wheel drive Explorer or Traverse, for example. If you want a fuel-efficient car, it's generally a good idea to know the difference between a diesel and a hybrid. But what if it's kind of tough to be an informed consumer? What if the information you need is more difficult to come by, or worse, based on different standards for each vehicle? Well, in that case, you might be a truck shopper.
For years, customers of light-duty pickups have had to suffer through different ratings of towing capacities for each brand. For 2015 model year trucks, though, that will no longer be a problem. According to Automotive News, General Motors, Ford and Chrysler Group have announced that starting with next year's models, a common standard will be used to measure towing capacity. The Detroit Three will join Toyota, which adopted the Society of Automotive Engineers' so-called SAE J2807 standards way back in 2011.
The standard was originally supposed to be in place for MY2013, but concerns that it would lower the overall stated capacity for trucks led Detroit automakers to pass. Ford originally passed, claiming it'd wait until its new F-150 was launched to adopt the new standards, leading GM and Ram to follow suit. Nissan, meanwhile, has said it will adopt the new standards as its vehicles are updated, meaning the company's next-generation Titan should adhere to the same tow ratings as its competitors.

"It's about some of the biggest crises in history. It's about who did it right and who did it wrong." - Jason Vines
