Reluctantly, I am listing my 2010 Nissan GT-R Premium for sale. I am the firstowner of this vehicle and hold the clean title free and clear. It currently has8,213 miles on it, has been garaged its entire life, and has never been involvedin any accidents. It has seen the rain less than a handful of times and is innear showroom condition. I still enjoy this vehicle very much, but am onlyselling it so that I can upgrade to something a bit more exotic. As you can seeby the mods list, 90% of the items are simply cosmetic in nature and, in myopinion, are tastefully done. All engine internals are stock and the onlyperformance modifications that I have installed are K&N drop-in filter panels,an HKS non-resonated midpipe, and a Tanabe catback exhaust. The stock midpipewill be included with the sale of this vehicle should you ever want to quietdown the exhaust. The stock catback system will not accompany the vehicle. Anaudio clip of this car’s exhaust can be heard here: YouTube At 2600 miles, thefactory wheels were swapped out with 21” ADV.1s. You may have even noticedthat this car was used in several of ADV.1s promotional materials at the time aswell. Included in the price of the vehicle will be the stock wheels withBridgestone Potenza Run Flats. Those tires have plenty of life left on them.Should you not want the 21” ADV.1’s, I can reduce the selling price by$5000.00. All maintenance has been performed by a certified GTR Technician andall oil changes have been analyzed th

Nissan looking to expand UK plant to build Infiniti Q30
Thu, 22 Aug 2013With the Infiniti Q30 concept heading to the Frankfurt Motor Show next month and a future premium compact model heading into production at Nissan's Sunderland UK assembly plant, just connecting the dots tells us this new small Infiniti is headed for UK production. Backing this up, Reuters is reporting that Nissan is looking to expand the Sunderland plant by 25,000 square feet, while Automotive News Europe takes it a step further by almost confirming that the Q30 will be built alongside the Nissan Qashqai and Note.
The reports say that Sunderland is already the UK's biggest automotive plant, but the expansion will make it even larger with production capacity expected to rise from the current 500,000 units built each year to more than 550,000. There is no indication if the expansion will bring more jobs to the plant, which already employs around 6,000 people.
The Carlos and Dieter Show promises more collaboration
Fri, 03 Oct 2014Daimler and Renault-Nissan said Friday the automakers have expanded their four-year-old alliance to include putting a Renault diesel in the Mercedes C-Class, a Mercedes gasoline engine in an Infiniti and possibly will involve automated driving technologies in the near future. At a joint Paris Motor Show press conference dubbed 'The Carlos and Dieter Show' by European media, Renault-Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn and Daimler CEO Dieter Zetsche said the alliance between the automakers is running strong and will expand into any area that makes financial sense for both companies.
Ghosn and Zetsche said the alliance between the automakers is running strong and will expand into any area that makes financial sense for both companies.
Daimler and Renault-Nissan began their partnership in 2010 with plans to collaborate on three projects. They've since expanded that and are working on 12 projects together, including building a joint plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Renault-Nissan and Daimler are launching their first vehicles developed together from scratch: the Renault Twingo (which went on sale in September) and the new Smart Fortwo and Smart Forfour, which go on sale in November.
Nissan Juke facelift spied during testing
Mon, 03 Feb 2014The Nissan Juke boldly reinvented the subcompact crossover for the modern age a decade after the niche's progenitors - the first-generation Toyota RAV4 and Honda CR-V - grew well beyond their original, diminutive sizes. Since being introduced in 2010 as a 2011 model, the Juke has proven to be a huge sales success for Nissan in Europe and quite a success here, too. A modest refresh is planned for the 2015 model year of Nissan's tiniest crossover, and our spy shooters have caught an early glimpse.
The exact changes are not easy to spot, but you can bet that anywhere you see camouflage, a modestly new look is hidden underneath. The biggest change up front is the narrower grille that appears to no longer extend over the headlights. Assuming this isn't just a clever disguise, the change gives the impression that the Juke actually has distinct headlights, instead of massive fog lights. The more angular front air dam also appears to extend slightly lower than before, and the intakes appear to be revised as well.
The changes to the rear are even more minor. You can still see the outlines of the boomerang-shaped headlights, and any alterations to the rear bumper are impossible to spot behind the camouflage tape. It's also unclear at this point whether the interior will receive any refinements or new options.
