Condition:
Vehicle titles are clear of all liens. All pictures also are used as internal documentation and physical descriptions of the vehicle, so buyers should examine the pictures closely and assume nothing. All vehicles show minor wear and bare small imperfections that distinguish them from new vehicles. Vehicles are not fully tested or inspected due to the cost of diagnostic equipment, the size of the facilities and the number and variety of items in stock. Vehicles are tested using the best resources available, and any issues or abnormal test results are stated in listing. Buyer inspections are welcomed and encouraged before bidding or use of the Buy It Now option. All used vehicles are sold AS-IS without a warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any imperfections, defects, damages, or incorrect descriptions. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. The buyer is responsible for the thorough inspection of the vehicle and determining a bid solely based on that inspection and assessment of the condition and value of the vehicle. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with the vehicle at the request of the buyer before the auction ends or the Buy It Now option is used. Vehicle accessories (extra keys, key fobs, manuals, etc.) are not guaranteed to be included in the transaction. The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Warranties are offered at cost. The warranty terms range from 3 to 48 months on all used vehicles under 125,000 miles. The warranties are accepted in the United States at any ASE certified repair center. Use the eBay Contact Seller option to request additional vehicle information or testing and warranty terms or cost.

Payment Methods:
Due to an increased number of zero and negative feedback buyers claiming a lack of understanding of the eBay process, all zero or negative feedback buyers on eBay Motors are required to state and verify their intentions. All zero or negative feedback buyers on eBay Motors must use the eBay Contact Seller option to send a contact name, phone number and statement that the eBay process is understood. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation and blocking of bids. Please understand that verification helps to protect the integrity of the auction and Buy It Now option.

All buyers are required to make a $250.00 non-refundable deposit and payment arrangements within the 24 hours following the end of the auction or the use of the Buy It Now option. All deposits are non-refundable. Paypal is the ONLY payment method currently accepted for the deposit. PayPal allows the selection of a funding source for any transaction. Please select the default funding source, which is attached to a checking account. Transactions with funding sources attached to credit cards are more expensive to process through PayPal than transactions with funding sources attached to checking accounts. Using a funding source attached to a checking account helps to keep prices low. Please pay promptly after winning the auction or using the Buy It Now option. Prompt payments are greatly appreciated.

Buyers are not charged local taxes or title and registration fees, unless the buyer requires temporary tags. If temporary tags are required, local taxes and fees will be charged; and a tax credit form will be given to the buyer. All buyers are subject to a $299.99 documentation fee. The documentation fee is in addition to the final bid amount for the vehicle. The fee is not negotiable and is deemed accepted by all buyers, including dealers and wholesalers.

This new Renault would make a great Nissan Maxima wagon

Thu, Apr 21 2016

A new Renault station wagon wouldn't ordinarily show up on our radar. But this one gets us thinking. It's the new Talisman Estate, and we can't help but wonder if it wouldn't make a good addition to Nissan's North American lineup. If you recognize the name, you may recall that Renault launched the Talisman sedan on the other side of the pond last summer. At the time, we noticed some striking similarities to the Maxima sedan we get here, though Nissan told us the two were unrelated. But that wouldn't necessarily stop the wagon from sporting a different badge on the nose and making the transatlantic journey to American showrooms. The long-roofed version of the Talisman measures 191 inches long making it only a little longer than the BMW 3 Series Sports Wagon we get here, while riding on the same 110-inch wheelbase. But where the Bimmer offers up to 53 cubic feet of cargo space, the Renault can fit nearly 60. It also boasts electronic dampers and four-wheel steering to keep it light on its toes, and offers a selection of four-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines ranging from 110 horsepower up to 200. 2015 Nissan Murano First Drive

Mon, Dec 8 2014

The Murano has an interesting position within the Nissan stable. On one hand, its size puts it between the Rogue and Pathfinder, both of which are geared more toward families, big and small. And while the Murano could easily be used for hauling your brood, that's not exactly its forte. After all, unlike it's siblings, it offers no third row accommodations. There's no rear-seat entertainment system available. There are no clever storage systems. That's because, in Nissan's eyes, the Murano is the flagship of its crossover range, and it's geared more toward older couples – empty-nesters, or folks who just never got around to having kids. This allows the Murano to be more premium in terms its styling and its available content. The Murano is less about taking the kids to soccer practice and more about taking four adults out to a wine tasting. Premium styling is indeed the big story here – this Murano looks fantastic, and is a rather dramatic departure from the oft-disliked second-generation model it replaces. Beyond that, the new Murano is more in line with the radical-looking, first-gen CUV that debuted in the early 2000s. But Nissan says the whole Murano package was developed with this flagship theme in mind – the company's executives call this the Maxima of its crossovers. To find out if that all holds true for the 2015 Murano, I headed up to California wine country – the vehicle's natural habitat, I've been led to understand – to see what's what. When it came time to pen the 2015 model, Nissan strived to "push the reset button." I don't think anyone loves the Nissan Murano as much as the automaker's senior creative manager in North America, Ken Lee. While presenting the third-generation crossover to members of the media during the car's launch in Napa, CA, Lee said it was the original Murano that made him want to work for Nissan in the first place. So when it came time to pen the 2015 model, Lee strived to "push the reset button," and create a product with an equally strong styling statement. The goal here was to design a Murano that would resonate as a premium vehicle not only as part of the Nissan lineup, but within the midsize crossover segment as a whole. I use the word "resonate" for a reason. Think back to the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, when Nissan debuted its Resonance concept – an aggressive, modern showcar that clearly showed a new direction for not just the Murano itself, but for all of the Japanese automaker's future designs.

Renault gets a 'wake-up call' — a record $8.6 billion loss

Thu, Jul 30 2020

PARIS — French carmaker Renault said it had been given a wake-up call on Thursday with a record net loss of 7.29 billion euros ($8.6 billion) in the first half of the year, inflicted by the COVID-19 crisis and troubles at its alliance partner Nissan. Global automakers have been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic, which has shuttered factories and kept many customers away from car dealerships. But the Renault-Nissan alliance has been hit especially hard as it was already weakened by low margins and boardroom turmoil surrounding Carlos Ghosn, the architect of the alliance who was ousted in 2018. Renault shares were down 3.3% when trading opened in Paris. "Today's results will be a disturbing wake-up call," CEO Luca de Meo, the former Volkswagen executive who started at Renault this month, said on a call with analysts. "We are currently touching the bottom of a negative curve that started several years ago, and probably even earlier," de Meo added. "We are in a complex, difficult situation. We all are. But ... we were already, I would say, feverish. So for sure it is even harder for us." De Meo said the company would now double down on a previously announced turnaround plan, laying off thousands of workers, reducing the range of models, and improving cooperation between alliance partners on vehicle production. He said a team of 40 senior executives from across Renault was cloistered on the top floor of the company's headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt near Paris, working on details of a strategic plan which will be presented in January at the latest. He said his focus would be pushing the Renault brands that can deliver profits — especially compact cars, SUV crossovers, and electric and hybrid vehicles — and shifting emphasis from volume to value. "We know what we need to do," de Meo said. "Better times are waiting at the end of this twisty road." Renault said group operating losses, factoring out the effect of Nissan's losses, reached 2 billion euros in the first half, compared with operating income of 1.5 billion last year. Sales slumped 34.9%, a result the company attributed mainly to the global COVID crisis and Renault burned through $6.38 billion in cash over the first half. Nissan Motor Co this week warned of a record $4.5 billion operating loss this year and its lowest sales in a decade. Its negative contribution accounted for 4.82 billion of Renault's net losses, the French firm said on Thursday.
