Up for sale is a Great running '07 Model Eclipse! Car has NO mechanical issues what so ever!!
Here's a few details about it. 2007 Model GS 4 Cylinders- Great on Gas! Only 58k Original Miles! Ice cold Ac Fully powered locks & Windows. Very nice burgundy paint. Leather seats inside, driver side seat recliner is a bit hard to move back and forth, also passenger side is ok, but has a tire mark stain on it due to tire sitting there. Great Speakers- Rockford Fosgate Premium brand speakers! Tires in great condition! Overall great car. ***Unfortunately the car was hit in an accident hence why it has a rebuilt title. The damage was minor. It was hit in the corner front of passenger side. Only things that were replaced, Hood, Bumper cover and right fender. It did have a little frame damage, but that was professionally straightened and fixed. All new parts. Engine was never hit. Car has been professionally repaired and inspected by the DMV and is ready to hit the road! For those wondering why this car has a Rebuilt title and what a Rebuilt title is? The reason this car has a rebuilt title is because it was previously in an accident. The car was bought from an insurance auction. We did all repairs with brand new parts. The engine was NOT damaged at all. A rebuilt title is a title given to a car once the repairs has been done to that specific car, and is inspected by the state saying it is now legal and safe to drive this car back on the road. With a rebuilt title, you can simply just go into DMV and register the car on your name and start driving. Vehicle Inspection All potential buyers are welcome to inspect the car but this has to be done Prior of auction completion. Warranty? Mitsubishi denies plans for Toyota/Subaru rival sports coupe
Tue, 23 Oct 2012Forgive us for being wistful, but there was a time when Mitsubishi coupes and sports cars were the downright awesome. The 1990s brought us the all-wheel drive, turbocharged Eclipse GSX and the twin-turbocharged 3000GT VR-4 (seen here). The times, they were good.
Fast-forward to today, and the Lancer Evolution exists as Mitsubishi's sole, true performance offering. Mitsubishi killed off the Eclipse last year, by which time it had lost much the luster of its predecessors. With an affordable Japanese sports car fomenting underway thanks to Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ, one may think that it's an ideal time for a brand like Mitsubishi to jump back into the performance coupe game. A rear-drive Mitsubishi sports car to take on the Toyobaru twins could be just what the brand needs to gain some mindshare among consumers.
Not so, says Osamu Masuko. The president and executive director of Mitsubishi told reporters at the Sydney Motor Show, "Our engineers are very prominent to investigate new technologies, but to use that technology they are not that good to bring the revenue to make that money." Read: the engineers want to do it, but the company does not find it to be financially responsible.
Mitsubishi Mirage G4 sedan debuting in Montreal
Thu, 09 Jan 2014Around this same time last year, Mitsubishi used the Montreal Auto Show for the North American introduction of its 2014 Mirage. This year, the Japanese automaker will reveal the sedan version of the subcompact wearing the Mirage G4 nameplate, according to the auto show's website and a couple of fresh teaser images.
We got our first look at this Mirage sedan as previewed by the Concept G4 at the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, and the production version of that sedan ended up wearing the Attrage name in Thailand and other global markets. There's no official information from Mitsubishi at this time about the Mirage G4, but we wouldn't be surprised to see the small sedan follow the same path as the hatchback, showing up for a US debut at the New York Auto Show before going on sale in the fall. Race Recap: 2014 Pikes Peak Hill Climb
Mon, 30 Jun 2014The weather didn't interrupt the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb this year, the sun staying out to shine throughout a mildly cloudy day. The crowds didn't interrupt the race, either. Last year there were incidents like the woman who leaned so far into the road that her camera tore a hole in a speeding Shelby Cobra and she had to be sent to the hospital. This year the organizers shrank the number of spectator viewing areas and put others behind fences, such that long stretches of the route were uninhabited by anything other than varmints.
The only unexpected visitor was a dusty track and what some competitors said were slightly higher temperatures that changed the amount of grip and increased times. Yet the calm let a couple of teams, like that sun, break through the clouds of past misfortune and claim victories they'd been targeting for years.
