You are looking at a beautiful 2002 Mercedes Benz E320 4 Matic with 133,887 original miles (mileage may vary slightly since I have driven the car locally since posting it). This Mercedes is equipped with Power windows, Power locks, Power mirrors, Power sunroof, Alpine DVD with USB for iPod, In Dash Navigation, Alpine PMD B200 Blackbird Portable Navigation, Bluetooth …., The Mercedes also comes with 2 Original Key Fobs.

I have owned this Mercedes for the last 9 months and I have enjoyed every bit of it. It's AWD and vehicle stability control will give you a piece of mind. It did for me, especially living in New England. For the first time last year I actually looked forward to winter as far as commuting was concerned. Sadly the company i work for recently decided to downsize, which means i have got to down size my lifestyle as well.

The 3.2L V6 engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts smoothly. The set of tires on this car have plenty of thread. The Brake pads are in Great shape, and the oil & filter were recently changed. There aren’t any service warning lights on, Each and every power option in this car is working correctly. This includes all of the power windows, door locks, sunroof etc. The air conditioning is very cold, and the heater works just as well. The stereo system sounds excellent. The Alpine In dash Navigation also includes the Blackbird portable

Nav. which has Bluetooth integration and retails for about $500 as a standalone GPS.

This Mercedes has a beautiful looking “Obsidian Black Metallic” finish; the paint is glossy and brilliant over the entire body with only typical minor flaws. There isn’t any body rust, and the undercarriage is also clean and in great condition.

The Interior of the Mercedes is clean and in excellent condition; The Leather is soft and supple; The carpeting is clean and fluffy throughout. There aren’t any rips on any of the seats or carpeting. All interior trim is tight and in excellent condition.

The car has some minor flaws as you would expect on any pre-owned car of its age, namely; The leather steering wheel has some fading. The front bumper has a crack on top it (see picture). The windshield has a small chip on the lower driver's side, however it did pass Massachusetts state safety inspection with that minor flaw. YouTube's Super Bowl commercial buzz list dominated by automakers [w/videos]

After Sunday's big game, YouTube will be the place to watch every commercial that you missed when you left your seat for an emergency guac refill or, as we say in Cleveland, took the Browns to the Super Bowl. That makes YouTube the nation's water cooler on Monday, and it's got some preliminary stats to share in the lead up to kickoff.
As you know, Super Bowl advertisers, particularly automakers, like to endlessly tease their big budget commercials in the weeks before the game, many times revealing them outright days in advance. Because of this, YouTube can tell us which commercials have been viewed the most so far, and their top five list is all automakers.
Kaley Cuoco appears to have been a good investment for Toyota, as her ad for the RAV4 has garnered the most YouTube views - six million and counting - among Super Bowl commercials so far. Second place goes to Mercedes-Benz, though not its actual Super Bowl commercial, but rather the teaser for it. You know, the one with Kate Upton and the car washing, which is up to 5.6 million views. Third place is Audi's Prom commercial (3.3M views), fourth goes to Volkswagen's slightly controversial Get In, Get Happy ad (3.3M views), and the fifth and final spot is bookended by the teaser video for Kaley Cuoco's commercial (3.2M views). Mercedes fits new C-Class with AMG kit

It's only been a week and a half since Mercedes-Benz revealed the new C-Class, and it'll likely be a while yet before the replacement for the C63 AMG comes along. But if you want to see a preview of what it'll look like, look no further than the AMG aero kit that has just surfaced.
Expected to debut on the new C-Class at the fast-approaching Detroit Auto Show, the AMG Line Exterior Pack adds a new bumpers front and rear, side skirts, dual exhaust tips, mesh grille, aluminum window frames and - most importantly - 18-inch alloys packing upgraded brakes and fitted to a lowered sport suspension. All of which will help any C-Class look the part, even if the engine remains stock.

Zetsche's CEO tenure extended through 2016 at Daimler

There appear to be two takes on Daimler CEO Dieter Zetsche having his contract extended for three more years, to 2016. A report in The Detroit News quotes the chairman of Daimler's supervisory board, Manfred Bischoff, talking up the stability at the top, "With today's extensions of the contracts of Dieter Zetsche and Thomas Weber, we are maintaining the important continuity at the top executive level." Bischoff also stated that that Zetsche has a plan to "further enhance Daimler's overall performance."
Over at Reuters, though, the three-year extension was seen as a lack of complete confidence in Zetsche's plans, since his contract was supposedly meant to be extended by five years. A spokesman said the board decided to extend executive contracts by only three years if the person was 60 or would turn 60 during the contract, but that was news to observers. Zetsche wants to make Mercedes-Benz the top selling luxury manufacturer globally by 2020, but has fallen to third place behind Audi and BMW. It hasn't held the top spot 2005, and investors judged it valued at half that of BMW at the end of 2012 once Daimler's truck business was subtracted.
Analysts cites the fact that Daimler stock hasn't bested its rivals but twice in twelve years, and that the company revised its profit target downward last year by nearly one billion euros, warning of stagnant earnings this year and will miss its original margin target for 2013.
