I am selling my 2003 Mercedes CLK500
Sports Package. 19 inch clk63 wheels,THIS CLK500 IS A BEAUTY AND RUNS AND DRIVES 100% LIKE A GERMAN SPORT COUPE SHOULD, real SHARP LOOKING and has only 126,000 miles, As can be seen from the
pictures, this car exterior is in wonderful shape there are only a few scratches on rear bumper, The black leather interior of the car is very clean and there are
no cracks or scratches in the leather. AC and HEAT works GREAT, The car has always been garaged and and
has never been in the snow, only driven in nice weather. NO LEAKS, NO RUST. The car shifts and accelerates just as tightly just
as a Mercedes should. The 300 HP 5.0 liter V8 engine in this car is absolutely
incredible and accelerates from 0-60 in 5.6 seconds. The Premium Bose Sound
System is perfect but the GRUNT from this engine is better than any stereo. I

Boston bombers were tracked using Mercedes mbrace [w/video]
Sun, 28 Apr 2013We now know Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the two brothers said to be behind the Boston Marathon bombings, planned to head for New York City to detonate more improvised explosive devices. As it turns out, that plan was foiled by the quick thinking of one Mercedes-Benz owner, diligent police work and the Mercedes-Benz mbrace system. When the brothers carjacked a 26-year-old Chinese entrepreneur identified only as "Danny," they didn't realize his Mercedes-Benz M-Class was equipped with the mbrace system, which can call for help in the event of an accident or track the vehicle in the event of a theft.
According to reports, the Tsarnaev brothers held Danny hostage for nearly 90 minutes while they drove around Boston forming a plan until they had to stop for fuel. When one of the brothers went inside to pay, the other put his gun down for a moment. Danny took the opportunity to unlatch his seat belt, open the door and run to another nearby gas station, where he told the owner to call the police.
When police arrived, they used the mbrace system to track the SUV after receiving Danny's permission, and it wasn't long before a shootout between police and the brothers ensued. When it was over, the eldest brother lay dead in the street. For more on the story, view the video report available below.
Mercedes FWD platform to last until 2018, convertible and two-seater future uncertain
Mon, 22 Jul 2013Mercedes-Benz seems to be expecting a lot of success from its front-wheel-drive CLA-Class. Automotive News is reporting that the sub-C-Class sedan could grow when its second generation arrives in 2018.
The current FWD platform for MB underpins the CLA, the B-Class, the GLA-Class, and the A-Class. The B-Class will arrive in North America as an EV for spring of 2014, while the production GLA crossover will arrive three to four months after that. The five-door A-Class won't be crossing The Pond. Sad faces all around.
According to AN, another model will be based on the front-drive architecture, but it won't be coming to the US market. Set to arrive next year, rumors are that it'll be a wagon version of the CLA, sort of like the ill-named five-door CLS Shooting Brake that is also a Europe-only item.
Rare Isdera Imperator 108i flexes its considerable muscles
