(  i would keep it but i have too many vehicles and im moving into a smaller place with no room to put them all.)
Clean Title in hand and ready to deal...........Make an offer!  Motivated seller.

BIODIESEL READY: it has a spare aluminium tank in the trunk with updated fuel lines making an ideal mixed fuel source vehicle.
this is a bio fuelers dream as it needs NO mods given the fuel system upgrade. THESE MOTORS WERE MEANT TO RUN ON BIOFUELS
I bought it and have ran on straight veg oil and the owner before me did as well.  i just have no time anymore to collect oils, and now no space to deal refine/filter or store fuels...... RESEARCH THE 300 SERIES DIESEL THEY ARE BULLETPROOF AND MEANT TO GO 800,000 MILES!!!!!

CONDITION: This car is in GREAT shape for its age.
The interior has been well kept and there are no wear or fade in leather.
the woodgrain panels are aged and some of the buttons are a little beat up but
everything is functional and there.   Senior owned and always garaged
exterior has signs of age and some dings and nicks, nothing major, all the trim is there...
paint is about 6 out of 10 it. all the surface areas were repainted it was a cheap fix
but it has some gloss left and is nice enough for its age.  Body is straight, never wrecked!
It has a nice aftermarket CD AM/FMstereo, its no boombox but it works well

REPAIRS ETC. (have records) ---mostly optional but essential repairs to get many more miles--

  >>> engine was completely rebuilt at 150k PLUS ALL the major tuning listed

  >>> A/C has been completely rebuilt with a new compressor and lines.  AC BLOWS COLD

  >>> turbo has been completely rebuilt and gate re-tuned for better pick-up

  >>> it has about 10k on new tires = nice z-rated hankook mileage plus 40k radials 60%tread left

  >>> power door locks have been rebuilt with all new lines.

  >>> brand new oil pan gasket that fixed oil leaks.

  >>> Valve adjustment and timing chain replaced when valve cover gaskets were replaced.

  >>> several hoses replaced: cooler lines = injector hoses = PCV hoses

  >>> motor mounts replaced with OEM factory parts.

  >>> oil cooler replaced and cooling system flushed

  >>> auxiliary fan replaced to ensure the coolest running temperature

THE BAD :

The transmission has been serviced and inspected. tested A-OK.  NO slipping! just sometimes jumps into 2nd gear, not always, the
auto shop as well as online forums said this was normal for older benz diesels....

the odometer stopped working recently,  it is a cheap fix but my mechanic has been unable to locate the part. I have
estimated the mileage based on fuel used and average MPG calculated when the ODO worked.....

The sunroof doesnt work anymore and is sealed shut (bad seal) doesnt leak anymore but doesnt open, not a big deal really

The power antenna stop working and i put an ugly soft one on there looks funky but gets reception, all that matters to me

The glovebox is finicky to latch closed, but works fine.

Cruise control doesn't work, never has... i dont use it because it was mainly city driven.

SO as you can see the BAD list is pretty minor and it has been well kept(senior owned) and has plenty of GO left in her.
BEST OFFERS CONSIDERED NO LOW BALLERS PLEASE AS YOU CAN SEE MY PRICE IS FAIR ( NADA VALUE = $8300)

Race Recap: 2016 European GP was a cakewalk for Rosberg

Mon, Jun 20 2016

Formula 1 teams had no setup data or tire information for the six-kilometer Baku City Circuit hosting the European Grand Prix, and that's the reason for much of the weekend's excitement. Nico Rosberg snatched pole position after Mercedes-AMG Petronas teammate Lewis Hamilton hit the wall during qualifying. When the lights went out, Rosberg put in a clinical drive way out front to score his second career grand slam: pole position, leading every lap, fastest lap, and victory. Sebastian Vettel put in a similarly lonely drive in his Ferrari to second. The German had little to do on track other than get around his teammate on Lap 28, and that came courtesy of team orders. Sergio Perez started from second on the grid, but a gearbox change after clouting the wall during Free Practice dropped him to seventh. The Mexican cut his way through the field after his sole pit stop on Lap 17 of the 51-lap race, passing Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen for third on the final lap. It's Perez's second podium in three races after finishing third in Monaco. Force India has five podium finishes in its eight-year history, and Perez's name is on four of them. Raikkonen followed in fourth. Stewards hit the Finn with a five-second penalty for crossing the pit-entry line during the race, so even if Perez hadn't passed him on track, Raikkonen would have been classified fourth. Hamilton's up-and-down weekend ended with a burst of radio messages and a whimper. He climbed from tenth on the grid to fifth in the race, then his energy recovery system began harvesting in the wrong places. The snafu cost Hamilton two seconds per lap compared to the leaders. The trouble came from a switch turned to the incorrect position, but the FIA ban on driver assistance meant Hamilton's engineer couldn't tell the driver how to fix the problem. At one point when Hamilton said he was going to reset the whole car, his engineer replied, "Um, we don't advise that, Lewis." Hamilton finally found the proper setting on Lap 43, but turned the engine down again when he realized he couldn't catch the leaders. Mercedes said that Rosberg had the same issue, but Rosberg fixed it on his own. Valtteri Bottas got his Williams across the line four seconds behind Hamilton. Red Bull teammates Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen couldn't get their tires to work, forcing both racers to pit twice before finishing seventh and eighth.

BMW, Mercedes ponder challengers to Uber

Fri, Sep 18 2015

With autonomous vehicles seemingly just on the horizon of actually arriving to consumers, companies in the auto industry are already thinking about how the innovations could radically change how they do business. For example, BMW and Mercedes-Benz are considering a time where they might transform into ridesharing companies, according to Reuters. It almost sounds like the sci-fi motoring world Bob Lutz is predicting. The German brands foresee a future where some people hail their driverless cars like taxis and use them for short trips. The automakers could run those fleets, essentially making them Uber competitors. In fact, Tesla is reportedly mulling the idea, and Google might be, too. Alternatively, ridesharing services could buy the companies' models directly. "New mobility concepts will emerge with autonomous vehicles, which are robot cars. Fleet management will become a much more significant business," Peter Schwarzenbauer, BMW board of management member in charge of Mini, said to Reuters. With BMW's DriveNow and Daimler's Car2Go car-sharing services, both automakers are already experimenting with alternative ways to get their vehicles on the road. It's not too hard to imagine one of the brand's peppering a few autonomous cars into those fleets someday to test these new theories in the real world. "The ability to use a car, and then walk away is a serious business," Ian Robertson, BMW's head of sales and marketing, said about the future of driverless tech to Reuters. Related Video:

Aston or Bust? Maybach's fate to be decided next month

2011 Maybach 62 - Click above for high-res image gallery
What will become of Maybach? That question has been rattling around the halls of Daimler headquarters in Stuttgart for some time now. But all questions will be answered, and answered soon: according to reports, the German automaker is currently evaluating prototypes and propositions for its top-end marque, and will make its decision next month.
So, what are the options? On the one hand, Daimler could kill the Maybach brand altogether. It was a notion ill conceived and even more poorly executed, taking an old platform and building a new flagship atop it. In that way, it was sort of like the Chrysler Crossfire, only far more costly to both the buyer and manufacturer. On the other hand, Daimler could opt for the long-time-coming proposition of contracting the production (and possibly much of the development) of a new generation of Maybachs to Aston Martin.
