Thank you for taking a look at this beautiful RX-8. This car is in great shape and ready for the next owner to enjoy. I personally love the car and am only selling it because I have a company car now. This RX-8 is a really special car that looks and feels like a much more expensive sports car.  This car still only has 69,xxx miles and has never been driven hard or taken on a track.  It was a normal car for going to work and back.  You might find a cheaper RX-8 out there but does it have a new clutch, brakes, rotors, powder coated black rims, carbon fiberhood, K&N intake, factory body kit, power everything ect?   Don't save money just to get hit with a big mechanic's bill.  I have done the following already:  New Clutch ($1,500 value) New Brakes and rotors ($1300 value) New Tires ($600 value) New Ignition coils and spark plugs ($600) This car also has a Carbon Fiber Hood that retails for over $1,500! K&N performance intake kit that ads power and a cool sound when revved ($500).  New oil change This car comes with all the factory extras: navigation leather interior 18 inch alloy wheels heated seats factory body kit fog lamps 6 speed manual transmission  The engine runs great and there are no issues! The interior is in perfect shape! Like I said, this car is beautiful and ready to be driven as a daily driver. Hurry because I don't think this car will last long! I still owe money on the car loan, so once payment is received, you may have the car and proof of registration, and I will send the pink slip in the mail as soon as the bank sends it to me.

Updated Mazda3 hits US roads this year

Thu, Jul 14 2016

Mazda released an updated variant of its Mazda3 that will go on sale in Japan today and later this year in the US. The compact vehicle benefits from Mazda's G-Vectoring Control (GVC) that provides integrated control of the vehicle's engine, chassis, transmission, and body. The result, from our own experience, results in a car that's more enjoyable to drive. GVC is the first feature in a series of new Skyactiv Vehicle Dynamics technologies. Mazda is developing them to provide drivers with greater feel and a more enjoyable experience. "Mazda is striving to become an irreplaceable presence in the lives of our customers, to create a special bond with them and to be a 'one-and-only' brand they will chose again and again," Mazda's CEO Masamichi Kogai said in a statement. Other than the new feature, the 2017 Mazda3 goes mostly unchanged with the front end gaining slimmer turn signals and fog lights. The current-gen lineup, claims Mazda, is centered around Jinba Ittai – a term the automaker uses to signify oneness between car and driver – that started with the launch of the Mazda CX-5. The updated Mazda3 will go on sale later this year in the US, but the automaker did not announce an official date. Mazda has no plans for an RX-9, despite ongoing rotary development

Wed, Dec 7 2016

We know Mazda is capable of making wonderful cars in any form or bodystyle. It also likes to tease enthusiasts with promising concepts like the stunning RX-Vision. In news that's sure to raise the ire of enthusiasts around the world, it seems the automaker has no plans to follow through with a production version of that beautiful, Soul Red coupe. In fact, it doesn't look like Mazda is interested in building any sports car that would slot above the Miata. In an interview with Automotive News, Mazda CEO Masamichi Kogai responded with a simple "No" when asked if Mazda has plans for a larger sports car entry. Kogai was asked if Mazda has any plans for a production rotary. He said that the 1.5- and 2.0-liter engines in the Miata are more exhilarating. That's a debatable and subjective argument that thousands of rotary owners both past and present would likely disagree with. It's more likely that despite ongoing development of the Wankel, Mazda is still struggling to meet emissions standards. Despite the advantages of a rotary (high power-to-weight ratio, compact size, rev-happy nature), it's not very fuel efficient and struggles with emissions testing. Also, despite the prestige and attention a halo sports coupe could potentially bring, Mazda is a small, independent automaker that needs to focus on mass appeal. Creating an all-new design with a unique engine isn't cheap. Badging a non-rotary car as an RX would be sacrilege, so don't expect an RX anything anytime in the near future. Current RX owners should take a moment to lament. Their car probably needs another quart of oil anyway. Related Video:

Toyota, Mazda drop Takata as Mitsubishi, Subaru weigh options

Sat, Nov 7 2015

It's not a very good time to be Takata right now. Fresh on the heels of longtime partner Honda ditching them, Toyota and Mazda have both come out and said they will not use the company's airbag inflators if they continue to rely on ammonium nitrate. Bloomberg reports that Subaru and Mitsubishi are also contemplating a divorce. "The inflator using ammonium nitrate produced by Takata will not be adopted by Toyota," President Akio Toyoda said during a briefing today. "What's most important above anything else is the safety and peace of mind of customers." Mazda echoed that position, simply saying it "will not use Takata airbag inflators which contain ammonium nitrate in our new cars." When you lose three huge OEM accounts in as many days, it's certainly going to have a deleterious effect on your fortunes. In Takata's case, that's meant a staggering 39-percent drop in their share price over the last three days. Yesterday alone, the company saw a 6.2-percent fall, Bloomberg reports. As the business publication reports, though, Takata isn't going down without a fight. The company is "considering some plans to survive," including a fundraising plan that will see it potentially offer up additional shares for sale. Still, at least one analyst doesn't see whatever company survives staying involved in the airbag inflator business. "I really don't see how they're going to be able to survive as an inflator manufacturer," Valient Market Research founder Scott Upham told Bloomberg. "When your major clients publicly come out and say that they're not going to use your products anymore, it makes this very difficult to sustain your business."
