Condition:

Car works great. Just had a $1700 maintenance fee (replaced belts, brakes, transmission fluid flush, brake fluid flush, power steering fluid flush, new rotors) And I have all the receipts if you want me to prove it., A few minor kinks on the exterior: The front window has a crack from top to bottom. Has been there for 2 years and put through several car washes. Still seems to be fine. I didn't have money to replace it. And it needs new headlight bulbs ($20 value from AutoZone) Other then that it has been a great car. Driving carefully, no dents or rust or scratches. Runs really smooth on rough roads, great for roadtrips. Carpets were recently shampoo'd and scrubbed. No Pets, No kids, No stains...well maybe a few coffee stains on the driver side. :)

Features:

Are all mentioned above...Its the fully loaded model of the 2005 Kia Amanti

History:

I have the carfax document from when I purchased the car in 2011. Only 2 owners before me. No flood damage, clean title, and again I have all the paperwork to prove it.

Shipping and Payment:

Paypal or cash ONLY. No credits, no IOU's. I am located in Spring Valley of Las Vegas, Nevada. Will drive MAXIMUM 3 hours in any direction to deliver it, or you can pick it up anytime if you live in the Las Vegas Area.

NEED TO SELL IT BY DECEMBER 1st!!!! I am moving to Australia and looking to sell ASAP so if you are SERIOUSLY interested, I can send you original pictures of the car or we can meet somewhere for you to look it over.

Asking Price is $5,000 or best offer. Will take nothing less than 4,500, so if you're looking to haggle, look somewhere else. It's a great car and I am an honest person. I wouldn't be asking for more than its worth.

Please email (gurliegirl160@yahoo.com) or text (315)749-3536 if interested.

Kia Sorento is the official ride of the Justice League

Thu, 18 Jul 2013

Toyota showed us a Spongebob Squarepants-themed Toyota Highlander last week. Kia has now revealed a Justice League themed Sorento. Can we just have normal, competent crossovers without all the animation frosting, please?
To be fair, this Sorento is for a good cause. It will be part of a charity auction on eBay, benefitting DC Entertainment's We Can Be Heroes campaign, which raises money for the famine-ridden Horn of Africa, a region that's facing its worst food crisis in six decades. DCE's President, Diane Nelson, claims DC has managed to raise over $285,000 through crowd-funding campaigns and unique opportunities for its fans. The Justice League Sorento is just the latest such fund-raising opportunity, with the automaker having already commissioned a number of similar themed vehicles for individual members of the Justice League.
The seven-passenger Sorento was designed by Jim Lee and created by West Coast Customs. It sports graphics that, relative to the Spongebob Highlander, are downright subtle. Batman, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman are depicted on the driver's side, while Superman, the Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg are on the passenger side. The Justice League logo is emblazoned on the Sorento's hood.

Kia plies SEMA attendees with beer and ice cream food trucks

Wed, 05 Nov 2014

Kia's 2014 SEMA Show theme is "A Day At The Races," and in addition to a very powerful K900 luxury sedan, the company has revealed several vehicles that would make any day at the track more comfortable - and tasty.
The Ballast Point Sedona is a complete about-face for Kia's minivan, turning the family hauler into a beer truck for infield parties. As the name implies, the Sedona features beer on tap from the Ballast Point, a San Diego-based craft brewery. The vehicle also has restaurant-grade stainless steel counters, extra space for kegs and audio speakers integrated into the roof.
After seeing this Sedona, we actually now kinda like the idea of a minivan-based truck model. Are we nuts?

2014 Kia Sedona rises from the dead, same as it ever was

Fri, 03 May 2013

Don't throw away your car seats just yet, Korean minivan enthusiasts - the Kia Sedona is back on the market. If you recall, Kia killed its minivan offering at the end of 2012 (there was never a 2013 model). But here's what's making us scratch our heads: Despite the fact that Kia did confirm that the Sedona would eventually be back, we were under the impression that it would return with a proper replacement for the aging van. (Earlier reports suggested something along the lines of that cool KV7 concept.) Instead, the reincarnated Korean minivan you see here is, well, the same as it ever was. Consider our buzz killed.
That's not to say there haven't been a couple of delightfully refreshed bits thrown into the new package. For starters, the Sedona wears a slightly updated schnoz with a redesigned grille, LED positioning lamps and standard foglamps inside the reworked lower fascia. (If we're honest, the Kia looks a bit Ford Windstar-ish from the front three-quarter angle.) There's a new 17-inch wheel design for the 2014 model year, and aside from a couple enhancements to the interior in terms of storage, that short list rounds out the full extent of the new updates.
All Sedonas are powered by the same 3.5-liter V6 that debuted in the 2011 model, producing 269 horsepower and 246 pound-feet of torque, mated exclusively to a six-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy ratings fall in at a rather mediocre 17/24 miles per gallon (city/highway).
