Up for sale is a very unique Jeep Wrangler YJ. Great care was taken in this Jeeps construction to make it an extremely reliable vehicle both on and off the trail. It is sold with all paperwork including a CT title, Registration, and Previous documents including inspection reports and emissions tests.
Model year 1995, Originally a SE Model, which has been heavily modified.
Engine: AMC 360, Reman'd with 5,500 miles on it. Mallory HEI with hardened distributor drive gear, Edelbrock Heads and Valve Covers, 4-Barrel Holley Double Pumper Carb, Holley TBI Injection also included in Box. Converted AC Compressor to run OnBoard Air.
Transmission: Torque Flight 727 Heavy Duty 3-Speed Automatic, B&M Ratchet Shifter, Also included is a spare transmission, not that anything is wrong with the one in it. Auxiliary transmission cooler.
Transfercase: NP-208 Chain Driven, Constant Velocity Driveshafts front and rear. Skid-pan is flush with bottom of chassis, no "hockey-puck" drops here.
Suspension/Axles: Grand Wagoneer Dana 44 Axles, 5.13 ring and pinion, Detriot FULL lockers. Rear axle is trussed, drum braked, front is Spring over with disc-brakes. Springs are SOA application Double-Military wrapped units from either BDS or RE. 38x15x15 Well Worn Boggers on 6-lug steel rims
Accessories: Poison Spyder Rocker Guards, Tube Fenders, Weld-In Full rollcage tied into A-pillar and dash. 4-Point Racing Harnesses with Bestop Aqua-Sport Seats.
Mechanically the Jeep is in excellent shape. The engine starts right up, and after some minor throttle play because of the lack of a manual choke cable, it idles out smoothly and consistently. The transmission shifts through all the gears as it should and the 4-wheel drive works also. The amazing thing regarding this Jeep is the lack of rot/rust on it.
The body shows no signs of replacement panels being installed anywhere, with the floors still having the factory undercoating on them. The frame also appears to be rot-free, even the rear horns are clear of any debris inside the frame, as is a common occurance in the Northeast.
Needs:
Minor tinkering is required to make the Jeep a perfect vehicle, including: Clearing of the transfercase shifter so it can fully drop into 4-LO, the gas tank needs the pickup tube reinstalled so the Jeep can use more than the first few gallons in the tank, and the passengers door does not open from the inside.

Why the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk really exists
Mon, Apr 17 2017"But really, what do we do for Jeep? We listen to our customers, that's our job. We give them what they want. So the reason why is, they ask. Lots of them asked." – Darryl Smith "Why not?" It's a simple-enough explanation and one that should resonate with any car lover who views the absurd and the gloriously pointless as fundamental principles of their passion. And putting a ridiculously powerful engine into a vehicle that would normally not have one is perhaps the pinnacle of that. It's the reason that so many of us view a Mercedes-AMG E63 wagon as far cooler than an SLS AMG with roughly the same engine. With that in mind that we sat down with two of the men responsible for the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, the latest entry into the absurd and gloriously pointless segment. We wanted to find out from Darryl Smith, director for SRT engineering, and Paul Mackiewicz, vehicle development manager, if there were actual market-based reasons for the Trackhawk's creation. Effectively, why'd they actually do it? "Why not?" Smith immediately offered during an interview at the New York Auto Show, clearly possessing a similar mindset. "But really, what do we do for Jeep? We listen to our customers, that's our job. We give them what they want. So the reason why is, they ask. Lots of them asked." View 24 Photos If "lots" of people are asking for a 707-horsepower, 645-pound-feet, off-road-capable, luxury-lined, five-person SUV, then perhaps we shouldn't be too worried about the demise of the human-driven automobile after all. "There is a very defined customer base out there that want a sport SUV," Mackiewicz said. "They want a sports car with the capabilities of having an SUV, of being able to tow, of being able to drive their sports car all year round. And that's what this car enables. It is ultimate performance, all year round, in any condition." If BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and even Maserati can produce high-performance SUVs, doesn't it seem fitting that the father of all SUV brands should top them all under the hood? Of course, expanding the 6.2-liter Hellcat engine beyond the Challenger and Charger is clearly a smart business case in the current SUV-obsessed marketplace. FCA had a lust-worthy engine, and it had a solid performance base in the existing Grand Cherokee SRT, so it can be argued that marrying the two made sense and that it could be done with minimal fuss — even if in practical terms, it's absurd.
Here are all the vehicles sold by the 12 brands of the Fiat Chrysler PSA merger
Fri, Dec 20 2019Sven Gustafson and Ronan Glon contributed to this report. Whether or not the formal merger between Italian-American automaker Fiat Chrysler and European conglomerate PSA Group means the return of Peugeot to the U.S., one thing’s for certain: The combined company will have a truckload of different brands. Sorting out what the deal means for all of them, including where they are sold and built, and whether and where there is product overlap, will be a key question for the two companies as they formalize the merger over the next 12 to 15 months. So far, both sides have steadfastly insisted that no job cuts or plant closures will result from the tie-up. WeÂ’ll see about that. In the meantime, weÂ’ve compiled an alphabetical list of all the vehicles currently sold in Europe and in North America by the various FCA and PSA brands, along with the years they debuted. We've gone into more detail about the European vehicles you might be less familiar with. The joint empire also has an antique store's worth of heritage-laced models and dormant brands, like Plymouth, Imperial, Simca, and Panhard, and it would have been even bigger had FCA not spun off Ferrari in early 2016. Alfa Romeo A legacy Italian sports car brand with roots in racing, Alfa Romeo has been struggling with declining U.S. sales. Giulia (2015): AlfaÂ’s rear-wheel drive sports sedan competes against German luxury sedans in North America and Europe. 4C (2013): The lightweight mid-engine rear-wheel-drive sports car is being phased out. Stelvio (2016): The Stelvio is a small luxury performance crossover that competes against the likes of the Porsche Macan and BMW X3 and is sold in both Europe and North America. Giulietta (2010): Sold in Europe, this compact hatchback is AlfaÂ’s entry-level model. After initially planning a rear-wheel drive 2020 update, the Giulietta is reportedly being nixed as part of FCAÂ’s latest product plans. Â Chrysler Despite lending its name to its parent company, questions abound about the future of this legendary but faded brand, which is not offered in Europe. 300 (2011): Despite rumors of its pending demise, the four-door sedan lives on mostly unchanged for the 2020 model year, at least. Pacifica (2016): The successor to the Town & Country is ChryslerÂ’s bestselling model by a long shot and comes in gas-only and plug-in hybrid versions. Voyager (2019): ChryslerÂ’s newest minivan launches as its entry-level minivan for the 2020 model year.
