Fire Department Jeep, driven by the Fire Marshall (you can still see the shadow of the Fire Marshall decals, etc on the Jeep), well kept. Bought from second owner, who never drove it. It was garaged most of the time. The Pros are the color, it drives well, its very reliable (used as daily driver and transports kids), has new cam shaft, muffler, cat converter (have receipts for work), passed OR DEQ earlier this year, is a-typical without power options (manual window, except back window, etc.), bench seats front and rear, nice interior, factory radio (it doesn't light up but works fine), 360 engine, 727 trans, 208 t-case, factory posi rear, 4W drive, intact windshield, factory tripod side mirrors, high tread tires, 4 barrel intake, edelbrock carb. it's a 25 year old vehicle so it has it's quirks, the AC needs to be charged. Interior lights don't work when you open the door, but they work by dash switch. Headliner was decayed and crumbling. I replaced it with material and foam. See picture. I am a jeep lover and this one is one of the best I've owned. I'm moving on to a new project jeep, so I have to let this go to afford the next. This jeep is a head turner. People of all ages love it. Chinese Jeep production confirmed with Fiat, Guangzhou agreement

Fiat has just finalized a deal originally set up in January between it and China's Guangzhou Automotive Group to bring Jeep production to China. It remains unclear which models will be built, although we're wagering that it'll be the 2014 Cherokee. What we do know, now, is where production will take place.
According to Automotive News, Guangzhou originally wanted production to take place in its home assembly plant in its namesake city. Fiat has battled to send production to a joint venture facility established between Guangzhou and Fiat in the town of Changsha. The joint facility won out, and now the factory, originally built in 2010 with a 140,000-unit capacity, will see Jeeps rolling out of it.
Currently, the GAC-Fiat factory produces the Fiat Viaggio, a jointly developed product that is closely related to America's Dodge Dart. And while it remains unclear as to which model will join the Viaggio on the assembly line, that model is understood to ride on Fiat's Compact platform. The only Jeep to share those underpinnings is the new Cherokee, so there's not much connecting of dots needed to see why this scenario would make sense.

New spy photos of the next Jeep Wrangler reveal a backup camera

The new Jeep Wrangler JL is on the way, and we have new spy photos that give us our best look yet. The few vehicles seen in these photos all appear to be the four-door Wrangler Unlimited model, but we know the two-door and pick-up versions are coming as well. No word on when the new model, code-named JL, will debut, but don't expect to wait too much longer before Jeep finally finishes pulling off the wraps. While the Wrangler still is covered in test car camouflage, the "diaper" coverings have been removed from the side. But we still can't tell how the new removable roof and side panels will fit. One new nugget that we can spot is the spare-mounted backup camera. At least the Wrangler is keeping its rear-mounted spare. The overall shape hasn't changed much, but there would be pitchforks and fire in Toledo if Jeep strayed too far from the current design. Like the Porsche 911, the Wrangler's general design is permanently etched in stone. The grille is exposed on a few shots showing the new back-canted seven-slot setup that recalls the YJ generation of Wranglers. The windshield on the new model now appears to be fixed and tilted at more of an angle. Like we said, small changes.
