1986 Collectors Editions Jeep CJ7 Laredo this is one of the cleanest original survivor jeeps I have ever had. Jeep is the last breed CJ edition only made in 1986. Jeep has factory a/c, automatic TF999 transmission, Dana 300 transfer case and 4.2 liter 258 cid motor all numbers match. also jeep has factory dana 44 rear end and dana 30 front axle with 3.73 lockers there is not a speck of rust on this one. all original paint & decals. floors are perfect and underside mint. if you are looking for an original Jeep CJ7 Laredo with every option, this is the one. transmission shifts perfect. has a new 4" suspension kit from rough country lifts along with drop pitman arm. done correct with new play in the steering. very tight! original carper set and interior in mint condition. dash pad has a slight crack on top (see pic). this is a very clean Laredo if your looking for one!

WWII Jeep 'found in crate' set to cross Greenwich auction block
Thu, 30 May 2013Fans of old military vehicles might want to pay extra close attention to the Greenwich Concours d'Elegance coming up this weekend. Crossing the Bonhams auction block on Sunday are a pair of seemingly flawless World War II Jeeps, which are both expected to fetch serious dollars.
Lot Number 305 at the auction is a 1945 Ford GPW Jeep that has been fully restored, which is expected to command between $35,000 and $45,000. Shortly after the Ford GPW, a potentially more interesting 1944 Willys MB (shown above) will be auctioned off, but Hemmings raises some red flags about this Jeep. First, it is claiming to have been "discovered in its original crate about 30 years ago," but there is no proof or documentation of any sort. Also, it is claiming to be all original, but it was given a paint job "shortly after it was discovered." Even with these questionable descriptions, this Willys could reach between $20,000 and $30,000. Head over to Bonhams' site and Hemmings for more information on both WW2-era Jeeps.
Jeep Wrangler by Vilner takes extreme luxury off-road
Mon, 20 Jan 2014Vilner turned its customary and intensely luxurious attentions to a two-door Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited back in 2012, following that up this year with its take on the four-door version. A coat of lustrous black paint outside is brightened up LED headlights, foglights and taillights and layers of chrome laid on the grille, mirrors, door handles and fuel filler cap.
Stance gets an injection of brawn from the 20-inch wheels, and they'll roll faster thanks to the power upgrade from 197 horsepower and 339 pound-feet of torque in the 2.8-liter diesel to 257 hp and 412 lb-ft.
Inside is furious red, with cross-stitched crimson leather and Alcantara demanding your focus. When you can look away from that, you'll find the raw metal parts painted black and again ornamented in minor applications of chrome. Feel free to feast on it in the high-res gallery above.
