Winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for FULL payment at that time. All sales are subject to a $199 dealer fee that is added to the final sale price. WE DO NOT EXCEPT PAYPAL FOR FULL PAYMENT! Pickup times must be scheduled with 72 hours notice, due to getting the vehicles fully detailed, paperwork ready, etc. If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Appropriate feedback will be left at the end of all transactions! Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipment of this vehicle within 14 days of auction end and PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS. All vehicles not picked up after 14 days from the close of auction will be subjected to a $20.00 per day storage fee, unless satisfactory prior arrangements are made and full payment has been received. Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that does not change the fact that they are used vehicles and repairs may be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. All basic maintenance should be done to start off from scratch with your new vehicle we will check all fluids, brakes and tires. While we try to service any known defects it is always possible for any used vehicles to need service or repairs in the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc....do not always remain with the vehicle throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local Factory Dealer or here on ebay for a few dollars. Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements or disputes associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller shall take place in the State of Georgia in Carrollton County.
