We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with NO RESERVE auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 10-15 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.

If you wish to contact us for any reason, the quickest and best way to do so is through eBay's message system, AKA "Ask Seller a Question".

Bidding:

Please read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible as well as posting 10-15 photos of each vehicle. If you have any questions feel free to send us an email using the "Ask seller a Question" link so that we can answer your question. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable.

By placing a bid on our auction, you assert that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions as well as eBay's Terms & Conditions; you assert that you understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle; and you assert that you have asked all questions PRIOR to placing your bid. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder.

In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time, while the auction is live or after the auction closes. The seller may, at its sole discretion, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on this or future auctions.

Winning Bidders:

Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close, make $500.00 deposit via PayPal and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. 

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The preferred method is Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.

PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.

Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangements are made.

Non-paying Bidders:

We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpaid Item case will be opened with eBay. This can severely restrict your ability to purchase from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

 
Fee and Tax Information:

The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
