where is with no warranty: expressed, written, or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have satisfied
himself or herself as to the condition and value of the vehicle and to bid

About
Us
We offer a unique way of purchasing
a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with NO RESERVE auction pricing. Most
of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume
used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and
many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a
visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions.
We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as
including 10-15 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional
mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a
vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a
warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles
are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
We are very proud of our feedback score and our many repeat buyers. If you have
any questions about how we sell, our policies, or questions about a specific
vehicle, please send us a message.
Terms
& Conditions
If you wish to contact us for any
reason, the quickest and best way to do so is through eBay's message system,
AKA "Ask Seller a Question".
Bidding:
Please read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid.
We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible as
well as posting 10-15 photos of each vehicle. If you have any questions feel
free to send us an email using the "Ask seller a Question" link so
that we can answer your question. Please wait to place your bid until you are
completely comfortable.
By placing a bid on our auction, you assert that you have read and agree to our
Terms & Conditions as well as eBay's Terms & Conditions; you assert
that you understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle; and you assert that
you have asked all questions PRIOR to placing your bid. Additionally, you enter
into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be
the winning bidder.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the
seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be
made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time, while
the auction is live or after the auction closes. The seller may, at its sole
discretion, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on this or
future auctions.
Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of
auction close, make $500.00 deposit via PayPal and make arrangements for
payment and vehicle pick-up.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The preferred method is
Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or
personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged
a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangements are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do.
Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about
honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions
and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpaid Item case
will be opened with eBay. This can severely restrict your ability to purchase
from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid
fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest
extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information:
The only fee added by the seller is our $149
fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees,
transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by
the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of
ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags
(including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and
transportation expenses.

The more things change, the more they stay the same. That's the feeling we're left with after watching the retro-review video above, in which MotorWeek – television's original automotive magazine, as if you didn't already know – takes a look at the 1984 Honda Prelude. A sporty coupe from Japan that lacks the outright performance and thrust of comparable American and European competitors, but makes any perceived slight up with unarguably supreme driving dynamics? That sounds sort of familiar, doesn't it? As always, we love taking a look back at the early days of MotorWeek (the more things change, they more they stay the same, remember?). And it doesn't end there. Far from it, in fact. Not only did MotorWeek bestow upon us the Prelude, Maryland's favorite public television show also unleashed retro reviews of (deep breath) the '82 Fiat X1/9, '84 Olds Cutlass, '88 Lotus Esprit Turbo, '84 Nissan 200SX Turbo, '88 Subaru XT6, '88 Toyota Celica All Trac, '84 Ford EXP Turbo, '89 Suzuki Swift GTi and '89 Mazda 323 GTX. Watch them all, up above and down below. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. This content is hosted by a third party. Who would have ever thought there'd be a day where people are able to skip television commercials only to go to websites to watch them later? Such is the joy of a DVR and YouTube. AdWeek tabulated the 20 most-watched ads on YouTube, and found that nine were car-related including eight coming from automakers.
Volkswagen continued its Star Wars theme with two ads in the top 20, including the highest-ranking car commercial The Bark Side spot at number three with almost 18 million views, which doesn't even have a single car in it. Some of our favorites are from Chrysler with Clint Eastwood in It's Halftime in America and House Arrest with Charlie Sheen for the Fiat 500 Abarth. Chevrolet, Honda, Audi and Toyota were the other automakers in the top 20, but we'd be remiss if we didn't at least mention one of the coolest ads on the list, the Hot Wheels corkscrew jump.
Of all the car videos, only the Fiat ad wasn't played during a Super Bowl. Check out all eight videos - in order - after the jump. Nike took the top spot with its My Time is Now ad that has been seen online more than 20 million times with Pepsi's Uncle Drew posted up in the runner-up; some of the other videos include four Old Spice commercials and an ad in which Snoop Dogg is pedaling Hot Pockets.

In an attempt to help push vehicle safety to a higher level, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety created a stricter Top Safety Pick+ rating last year, which incorporates a brutal small overlap test and requires cars to get Good ratings in four out of the five categories (and no less than Acceptable in the fifth). Joining the list of the safest cars of 2013, the 2013 Volvo XC60, Lincoln MKZ, Honda Civic (sedan and coupe) and the 2014 Mazda6 have all received the coveted TSP+ rating.
The Mazda6 and Lincoln MKZ have both been completely redesigned, and both received Acceptable ratings in the small overlap test. The Honda Civic, coming off its emergency refresh for 2013, is the first small car to be subjected to the small overlap test, and IIHS says that one of the car's many upgrades includes a stiffer front structure allowing it to receive Good ratings in all categories. Similarly, the XC60 gets all Good ratings thanks to, according to IIHS, Volvo updating the airbag software allowing the side airbags to inflate during the small overlap test.
The 2014 Subaru Forester has not yet been subjected to the small overlap test, so it must make do with just a Top Safety Pick rating until the IIHS tests small utility vehicles, which is expected to happen later in the spring.
