The County requires PROOF OF INSURANCE if vehicle will be driven off the lot.  Insurance not required if vehicle is towed.  Purchaser is responsible for transportation from the lot. Buyer pays all transportation costs. The County is not responsible for and will not make any removal/transportation arrangements.  These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 Inspections:  The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the item prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing. Unless otherwise specified in this invitation, the property will be available for inspection at the Cobb/Douglas Board of Health (Health Dept) located at 1650 County Services Pkwy, Marietta, GA 30008. Vehicles may be viewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Vehicle pick-up will be at the same location and hours. The County will NOT be assisting with loading of auction vehicles or items. The County reserves the right to cancel any auction and notify bidders of such cancellation. The County will not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure.
