Plus more........
The truck came from Arizona aprox 6 months ago and is the cleanest truck i have ever owned , it has all its original panels except the hood , under the door edges are beautiful , bed runner perfect , frame perfect , body mounts perfect , fenders perfect , bed has some spray in liner but could be stripped out if you wanted to take it to the next level, little lacquer thinner and some elbow grease, I didn't mind because i don't want to see the bed get rusted at all.... It is as clean as they come, the under carriage is like factory new.Front bumper has lost some of its luster but is in great shape.....It gets tons of attention and looks great , it is Not a show truck , and i'm not asking show truck money but man it has some great bones..Hard to find rust free west coast trucks in the east, i looked for a long time before actually just going out west to find one..On that note ,You can take a magnifying glass to this truck and you wont find a spec of rust anywhere....
The paint is not too bad either , it was painted about 1yr ago , and it looks nice , it has a couple small scratches in the paint (shipper) but otherwise its solid...

Interior is nice but could use a black carpet to really set it off , it has a rubber mat now...Could use a couple of door seals they are pretty dry from the desert..It is custom interior that was just the way you see it when i got it, black vinyl with the red stripes..My intentions were to eventually replace the whole interior with a modern type interior with cloth seats or maybe tweed..It looks fine just personal preference ..

The motor starts right up and sounds real good , No knocks or ticks ,No smoke, don't burn oil , Has great oil pressure, nothing funny with this motor...Don't get hot In traffic or any time , you could let this truck idle all day long and it wont get hot...Motor has plenty of power , not a race car but it will get you a ticket real easy.It does great just putting around too , wont load up on you, it runs strong.... I was told it was rebuilt not long ago, I don't have the receipts but by the way it runs i Believe it...

The truck runs and drives excellent , came from the factory with ac which needs the pump and some lines , dual gas tanks both work great , all lights work , brakes work great...Turn key cruiser for cruise night or what ever you want to do....It was made to drive and have fun...
Gets thumbs up and compliments all the time.......
Fun truck , runs good , looks good and sounds good too, comfortable old truck to cruise around in...

With a little elbow grease this could easily be worth alot more...Or just drive it and have fun with the family, jump in turn the key and go....

sold as is , no warranty expressed or implied , inspections are welcome just call or text me to come check it out..I am being very straight forward with the condition but minor things might slip my mind but if they come up i will list them..Like any old vehicle they will need general upkeep and maintenance...By bidding you are agreeing that you are satisfied with the condition of the vehicle and will pay for and pick up within the specified time limit..
Please contact me within 48 hrs to let me know you are not a scammer , $500 Non refundable deposit due within 72hrs of auctions end  and the truck must be picked up for and paid in full within 7 Days of auctions end I can hold for a little longer if you need to arrange shipping etc, but truck must be paid for first!
DO NOT BID , if you do not have cash in hand , Banks do not like giving money on classic cars...

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THE AGREEMENT!!!!
It's unfortunate That i have to imply all these but it's not cheap to list a vehicle and i just want serious bidders , I have already had someone win the auction then not follow through....
If you have a problem with a Arizona title then please dont bid , i have never registered the truck but my bud i bought it from will be in town for the rest of the summer , i can have him come over and take care of any paperwork for you , to make it all official...Thanks

cal or text for fastest reply..

GM can't keep up with most popular pickup orders

Mon, 30 Sep 2013

With the market for pickup trucks at its best since before the recession, General Motors can't afford any hiccups with the launch of its new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra twins, but it sounds like the popularity of V8-powered trucks is causing some supply-chain issues. Bloomberg reports that GM is experiencing a shortage of 5.3-liter V8 engines because an unnamed parts supplier has been unable to keep up with demand. This is leading GM to restrict the number of V8 Silverado and Sierra trucks that Chevrolet and GMC dealers are allowed to order.
Although it's unclear how long it will take to resolve the parts shortage, GM doesn't have much time to sort it out, as a new Ford F-150 looms on the horizon. At launch, GM's fullsize trucks were offered only with a base 4.3-liter V6 and the 5.3-liter V8, but a burlier 6.2-liter V8 will be available soon. Interestingly, at least at the moment, GM truck buyers don't seem as willing to downsize to V6 power as buyers of the F-150, which gets some 42-percent of its sales from trucks equipped with its EcoBoost V6 engine (not including the normally aspirated base V6).
Working out the kinks in the Silverado and Sierra's supply chain couldn't be more important to the health of the company. Full-size pickups are a huge profit driver - in 2012, the trucks were said to make up about two-third of GM's total profits.

GM warning 800,000 owners that their cars may need oil changes more frequently than they say

Fri, 05 Apr 2013

The days of changing your engine oil every 3,000 miles are long gone thanks to most cars having automatic oil monitoring systems, but about 800,000 General Motors vehicles apparently have incorrect monitoring software that is leading to premature engine component wear. According to Autoweek, certain 2010-2012 Buick LaCrosse, Regal, Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain models equipped with 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines could be going too long in between oil changes resulting in a higher-than-normal number of warranty claims for the engine's balance chain. The balance chain links the balance shaft to the crankshaft, and a worn one can produce higher noise levels.
As a fix, GM dealers will be reprogramming the software for the monitors in an effort to reduce the interval between oil changes, which varies based on driving habits and conditions. Through February 2015, the software update will be done at no cost to vehicle owners, but since this is not a recall, after that point, it will be up to the discretion of dealers as to whether or not they will charge for the service. What isn't immediately clear is whether GM plans on giving assistance to out-of-warranty customers who are experiencing engine issues from the worn chain.

2013 GMC Acadia Denali

Wed, 05 Jun 2013

Refreshed, Not Refreshing
I'm probably ill-suited to accurately and fairly take the full measure of a vehicle like the 2013 GMC Acadia Denali. This is a machine conjured around the express notion of corralling and then herding a brood of rafter-swinging hatchlings to and fro in relative comfort, and with no such passel of wee Bowmans to call my own, it's difficult to give this rig a fair shake. While I can certainly weigh cargo capacity, legroom and fuel economy stats with the best of them, I'd be lying to your face if I said the word "crossover" didn't urge some uncontrollable Pavlovian recoil from the murky recesses of my frame. To put it simply, I just can't stand the damn things.
As a rule, the segment is built on a bed of compromise. Manufacturers love nothing more than to spin up a tired yarn about the virtues of this particular neck of the market. We're told the crossbreeds deliver all the ride quality, driving dynamics and fuel economy of a car married with the seating position, capability and interior volume of the SUV set. That all sounds as swell as a sunset, but as the 2013 Acadia Denali so artfully illustrates, the advertising on the box is rarely congruous with the prize inside. Even with an imaginary squad of younglings at my heels, the refreshed luxury crossover doesn't quite manage to scratch the promised itches.
