This truck was used in our company to clean carpets in our cleaning firm. It was kept clean and maintenance was kept when required. We purchase this truck in January 2008 and it was only used for local carpet cleaning. We are looking for a Van at this time to add to our fleet. It is in very good shape with the exception of the driver rear panel. See pictures. The letters were removed and the truck was buffed out. Some decals can be seen on the cover of the truck. The truck has lot of years left. It blows very cold air and the heat works just fine. No other problems with the truck. It has three sets of keys. Two sets have some trouble getting into the driver side. These were the extra keys that were made and all three keys work with the ignition. The top cover of this truck is over size. Ken Block walks you through his new 'Hoonigan Racing' HQ
Tue, 24 Jun 2014Ken Block seems like one hell of a nice guy. I ran into him at CES this past January, and he dropped the video games he was playing to chat with me for a while. His crew also recently gave our Steve Ewing a tour of the offices you're about to see on this video. Good guy to know.
As it turns out, they're some fairly cool new digs. Dubbed 'Hoonigan Racing Division HQ,' the office is open to Ford Focus ST and Fiesta ST owners who attend the driving program offered out at Miller Motorsports Park. The very same program that Ewing reported on just recently.
Or, if you've no plans to buy an ST or travel to Utah any time soon, you can let Block show you around himself in this MTV Cribs-style video. With interior decorating that relies heavily on shipping containers and luxurious amenities like a ping pong table, 10 refrigerators and a bear(?), there's no lack of eye-candy in the driverly HQ. Ford gets its Movement on, releases 'Sounds of Focus' tracks
Sun, 25 May 2014Ford has, for at least the second year in a row, teamed up with techno promoter Paxahau and a couple of artists to make music in recognition of the Detroit Movement music festival. This time, Movement performers Ataxia and Secrets were selected by Ford, and were invited to spend some time at the automaker's Michigan Assembly Plant, which gives birth to the Ford Focus and Focus Electric models.
Now that we know the what, how about the why? According to Ford, "Detroit is uniquely tied to the origins of the electronic music scene. In the 1980's variations of electronic music stemmed from inspirations of industry, including the automotive sector." So, there you go.
