No China replacement aftermarket panels.Beautiful red paint done few years ago but still very very nice. Has just a very light scratch on the trunk you only see at a certain angle, could be buffed too.Beautiful Red and White Pony Interior. Seats and panels are in excellent condition.Perfect and very straight body no bondo.Doors close real tight with perfect gaps.Automatic Transmission. It appears originally the car came with a 4 speed manual and was converted later on to automatic transmission.Car runs and drives really well.Maybe the front brakes might need to be check, left wheel cylinder could be slightly leaking from sitting. Car brakes okay but I feel a slight pull to the right at braking. This is cheap to fix and I might fix it before you buy it if I have time.Everything works except the horn.GT ratio sterling box so no need for Power Steering.Rare Power Top.Top was new but someone vandalized it got a 6” cut which has been fixed. 5 feet away you can really see unless you get real close.I didn’t think it was worthy to put a new top but you could if you want it perfect. Top has folding glass window.I got brand new bumper guards front and back cause the original ones got slight surface rust. Still in the box.

Ford Fusion production scaled back just 3 months after it was accelerated

Three months after kicking off production of the Ford Fusion at its Flat Rock, MI factory, Ford Motor Company is taking steps to trim output in the face of heavily discounted competition from Toyota and a growing supply of vehicles.
The addition of Fusion production in Flat Rock - which also builds the Mustang - was meant to be what pushed the handsome mid-sizer past its arch-nemesis, the Toyota Camry. An extra facility building Fusions was also meant to curb the growing demand for Ford's highly profitable sedan.
But with word that Flat Rock would take "approximately" one extra week off for the holidays combined with an 88-day supply of Fusions - reportedly due in no small part to what Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas called "aggressive discounting of the Camry" - some analysts are now beginning to wonder if Ford may have overextended itself by adding a second Fusion facility to the mix.

Ford, Ram in heavy-duty towing spat

Every pickup truck commercial has the brand trying to convince us that its model is the biggest, brawniest vehicle on the block. But Ford and Ram appear ready to really throw down the gauntlet and scrap over the towing figures for their heavy-duty models, and it could potentially end up in court.
The issue revolves around what it means to be best in class. Ford claims that its 2015 F-450 (pictured above) has a max tow rating of 31,200 pounds, compared to 30,000 pounds for the Ram 3500 (right). However, both companies market these heavy haulers as having the top towing in their class. According to Automotive News, Ford is threatening legal action if Ram doesn't back down.
The situation isn't as simple as just comparing the numbers, though. First, the two companies calculate their towing capacities differently. Ram adheres to the SAE J2807 rating, while Ford uses its own internal system. Although, as the company introduces new models, they are certified using the SAE standard. "When an all-new F-Series Super Duty is introduced, it also will use SAE J2807," said Ford to Autoblog in an emailed statement.
