Custom 2000 Mustang GT, Truely one of a kind. Chassis has 101,000 miles on it, but the motor is a new MMR, all forged, stroked 4.6 to 5.0 cobra short block, custom paint, no rust. The only parts that are not new and are stock: manual 5 speed, brakes but new pads and calipers, interior with no rips/tears. I bought the car completely stock and have owned it for almost 7 years. Since I've had it, it's never been in snow, stored and covered during the winter and only driven in unexpected rain. The car is a daily driver, but I only drive it during the weekends, mostly to and from car shows where it has won several 1st place trophies. The car is a beast on the street with plenty of power and a blast to drive, usually leaving my heart pounding and the hairs on the back of my neck standing up when i do lay into it a little. The car has never been down the drag strip only on the street. In 2009 I took the car to Walsh Motorsports to get a dyno tune with the stock block, cams, port matched and polished heads, upgraded comp valve springs, long tube headers, steeda exhaust and Vortech Supercharger with smaller pulley (2.7) to see what it could do. To all of our suprise the car laid down almost 600 RWHP at approx 4,800 rpm's before Walsh shut it down and said we were beyond the stock blocks limit and there was a good chance of blowing it, luckily I brought the 3.5 vortech pulley to swap out. The end result was 500 RWHP at 8-9 lbs of boost a much safer number but at the limit of the stock block not the capabilities of the set up. Since then in 2011 I have replaced the stock block with a brand new Modular Mustang Racing all forged, balanced, stroker 5.0 cobra short block with only a few thousand miles on it at this time, not even broke in, put the 2.7 vortech pulley back on with around 15-16 lbs of boost, an 8 rib set up to prevent belt slippage and a air to water vortech cooling system with ice/water tank. The car runs great and has a ton more power and torqe. I haven't had it re-dynoed or even really seen what this car can do now because of the motor not being totally broke in. Although I planned on getting it dyno tuned this spring/summer to see what the final outcome is, I decided to put it up for sale in desire of a newer Mustang and a twin turbo set up. I know what youre thinking because I ask myself the same thing, "all that time, money, blood, sweat, and tears to turn around, sell it, lose tons of money and do it all over again....it's a viscious cycle. This car needs nothing, only you behind the wheel, but you better hold on!! Below are a list of parts and modifications with approximately $28,000 invested. I will drop the car off to local shipping company if needed. Sale is final.
Please, only serious buyers. Dont waste my time and I wont waste yours. No trades, need cash for my next Mustang project, Thanks

Ford Explorer Jackson Pollock Edition results in trip to hospital
Tue, 02 Jul 2013Among the many useful pieces of driving advice we've taken to heart over the years, "Safely secure all cargo" is etched pretty high on our personal stone tablets. We've had a couple of frustrating moments over the years (numerous wonky cupholders and too-tall lidded cups; a radar detector that released its suction cups and dashed itself below the dashboard, etc.), but never anything like the scene above.
These photos above come courtesy of the Washington State Patrol, and they show the unfortunate aftermath of a driver, his dog, and his Ford Explorer after it crashed near the town of Belfair last week. According to reports, the man was schlepping five-gallon containers of paint inside his vehicle when he was involved in an unexplained accident. It's not clear what triggered the crash, but the impromptu abstract painting covered the whole of the interior, including the driver and his faithful companion.
The man was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries, and his dog was cleaned and later taken to a humane society.
Watch live as Mark Fields is officially named Ford's next CEO
Thu, 01 May 2014We've heard rumblings of a changing of the guard at Ford, and this live stream from The Blue Oval itself is set to confirm the rumors: Alan Mulally will be succeeded by the automaker's current Chief Operating Officer, Mark Fields.
Mulally, who is 68 years old, has served at the head of Ford for eight years, and his official retirement date will be July 1st, 2014. Fields, who is 53 this year, has been with Ford for 25 years and has been groomed to take the helm from Mulally for the last several of those years.
There's an official press release that you can read, but if you're more of a visual person, you're welcome to watch the live video feed of the announcement down below.
Watch the Hennessey Ford GT makes its record run at Texas Mile
Wed, 27 Mar 2013We said they'd probably be out with an official video, we did not lie. The Hennessey-powered camouflage Ford GT sat at one end of the runway at the Texas Mile sitting still. At the other end of the runway it had broken its own speed record, the twin-turbo 5.7-liter V8 pushing the aerodynamic supercar up to 267.6 miles per hour, a 4.3-mph improvement over the old mark.
There's not much in the video you haven't already seen, this just makes it official. That said, who doesn't want to see a twin-turbo Ford GT set an incredible speed record? You can watch it below.
