1923 Ford T Bucket Replica - ready for show & go - listed on Ebay for a friend ..... This 1923 Ford T Bucket replica is show quality and a real head turner, she was built by California Custom Roadsters. She is the Blue Mule Express Edition model - there were only 6 of the Blue Mule Express Editions manufactured - this one is the # 6 model. The car is perfect with lots and lots of chrome trim. She shows 10,574 miles on the odometer, we believe this to be true and correct mileage however the title shows exempt due to the age and replica status. She has a V8 engine and an automatic transmission with a Hurst shifter - the engine is a 283 cid with an Elderbrock tunnel ram manifold and Elderbrock 650 cfm carbs along with the Pete Jackson gear drive with a nice whiney sound and a great sounding cam. This Ford T Bucket replica is a real head turner, she demands attention and she handles very well. I am listing this replica for a friend, so if there are any questions please provide a phone number, he will be more than happy to call and answer any and all questions. We are offering this T bucket at a buy it now price of $14900.00 or the auction style bidding for those wishing to bid. Serious and able to buy bidders only please. Thanks for looking and good luck.

2015 Ford F-150 claims segment's best payload, towing ratings
Mon, 29 Sep 2014While we are set to drive the new, 2015 Ford F-150 in the coming days, there's a big piece of news on the latest-generation of the Blue Oval's bread-and-butter pickup coming out of Dearborn, and it focuses on the truck's hauling and towing abilities.
The new F-150 will have a maximum payload of 3,300-pounds (V8 models), and, perhaps more importantly, a 12,200-pound tow rating (EcoBoost V6 models), which for the first time are compliant with the Society of Automotive Engineer's J2807 standards. Those best-in-class figures are significant feathers in Ford's cap as the Detroit Three continue duking it out for the title of top pickup.
"As founding members of the SAE trailer towing committee, we will meet SAE trailer towing standards," Ford's Aaron Miller told Autoblog.
Riding along in Ford's bonkers Fiesta ST Global RallyCross car [w/video]
Wed, 28 Aug 2013
The Mountune-worked Fiesta ST GRC does 0-to-60 mph in 1.9 seconds.
On any given day, and every single weekend, there's at least one parking in the country invaded by manufacturer and team trucks. The be-chromed beasts and their 53-foot trailers are slotted into rows, men and women decorate the lot with orange cones to mark the invisible tracery of a temporary track, cars get unloaded, crews fret over them. The ritual can be as beautiful as the sunrise to those with enthusiast hearts, but it's just as common.
Ford sticking with manuals for RS models
Wed, Feb 4 2015Traditional stick-shift gearboxes may be losing ground quickly to dual-clutch transmissions, but Ford knows what hot hatch enthusiasts want. That's why it's sticking with manual transmissions on its RS models for the foreseeable future. The Blue Oval automaker caught our attention yesterday when it revealed the new Focus RS, packing an upgraded version of the turbo four from the Mustang, a trick new all-wheel-drive system and an old-school six-speed manual. After speaking to Ford's product chief Raj Nair at the hot hatch's launch, Autocar reports that the six-speed is here to stay. "All our current research says that customers really like these kinds of cars to have a manual gearbox," Nair told the British publication. "We'll keep looking at market trends, and of course we'll give customers what they want, but for now the manual stays." Autocar further suggests that the same principle will apply to any further Rallye Sport models, so if and when a Fiesta RS rolls around, it's likely it will stick with a stick as well. Although the less potent Focus ST is offered in diesel and wagon forms overseas, wherever it's sold and in whatever form, the six-speed stays a constant in that model as well, just as it does in the smaller Fiesta ST. That doesn't mean that other Ford Performance models won't go without a clutch pedal, though. The new GT employs a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox and the new F-150 Raptor channels its muscle through a ten-speed automatic. But as far as Ford's hot hatches go, it looks like the manual will remain alive and well.
