You are looking at a like new-just off lease 2011 Ford Fusion SE.  This car has the fuel efficient 2.5L DOHC engine with 6-speed automatic transmission.  It has bright shiny silver metallic exterior paint, and black cloth interior.  Take a look at some options this great car has:

17" wheels with Goodyear tires, automatic headlamps, color matched power mirrors, blind spot mirrors, easyfuel capless filler, chromed exhaust tips, fog lamps, intermittent wipers, daytime running lamps, 8 way power drivers seat with lumbar, 1 touch up/down driver's window, am/fm single cd/mp3 with Sirius Satellite Radio (subscription required), message center, power windows and locks, steering wheel controls, mykey, power steering, power points, tilt/telescope wheels, traction control, and keyless entry.
As you can see, this car is pretty well equipped.  It is my current demo.  I drive a minimum of 100 miles per day back and forth to work.  I average about 31-32 mpg.  You won't find a better ride and drive, and get this mileage anywhere else.  Its a big car that gets the mileage of a small one.  The window sticker on this car was over $23,000.  You save almost half of new, and its still like new just two short years later.

This car can be seen at Trailer World in Bowling Green, KY.  We are just 60 short miles north of Nashville, TN.  Please inquire about airport pickup at The Nashville International Airport (BNA).  You can call or text with questions to 270-256-4444.  My name is Quentin.  Please be aware that your buy it now or best offer is a binding agreement to purchase.  Do not bid if you do not intend to follow through with purchase.  We also do not offer financing, so have all of that arranged before buying or bidding.  We require a $500 deposit within 24hrs and balance to be paid in full within 72hrs unless prior arrangements are made.

Watch Tanner Foust hustle the Fiesta ST 'round the 'Ring

Mon, 15 Jul 2013

The last time we saw Tanner Foust at the Nürburgring he was sloshing an SVT Raptor from kerb to kerb. Sticking with Ford but swapping keys, this time the drift champion and Top Gear USA host goes to the opposite end of the manufacturer's tuner garage and plucks a Fiesta ST for 'Ring duty.
The 179-horsepower front-wheel-driver acquits itself well by the end of the video. But be warned, Foust doesn't set a 'Ring time and it's shot like a commercial... because that's what it is. Still, you can enjoy all two minutes and 31 seconds of it below.

Project Ugly Horse: Part V

Mon, 11 Feb 2013

The Slippery Slope
I've had a healthy appreciation for cars that stop since one truly unfortunate incident with a runaway 1971 Lincoln Continental.
It's funny how quickly a party can turn from, "We're all having blast" to "What happened to the front of the house, and how many stitches do you think this is going to take?" Standing in a Mustang salvage shop in Kodak, Tennessee, I couldn't help but feel I had strayed into the latter territory with Ugly Horse. There was a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 plucked from a rear-ended Cobra sitting off to my left. The shelves were lined with second-hand Roush and SVT components galore, but I couldn't stop staring at a set of rotors with the approximate diameter of my chest.

Alan Mulally talks about why Ford's Falcon had to die

Tue, 20 Aug 2013

When Ford made the decision to end production of the Falcon sedan and Territory CUV in Australia, it wasn't a popular move Down Under. The large, four-door Falcon had been in production for 50 years, and while Ford has reaffirmed its commitment to the Australian market, it's understandable that some people still aren't all that crazy about the Blue Oval's decision.
Speaking to CEO Alan Mulally after Ford's Go Further event in Sydney, Australian site Go Auto reports that the decision was not one made lightly, and that the automaker is doing everything possible to respect the Falcon and Territory's "stakeholders." It's an interesting piece that shows a softer side of a corporation, while demonstrating that Ford is doing everything in its power to make the end of production as smooth as possible for all parties.
Head over to Go Auto for the full series of remarks from Mulally, and then let us know what you think of Ford's handling of the Falcon and Territory discontinuations, in Comments.
