Thanks for viewing my auction. You are looking at my extremely rare FORD van or Falcon. This van is in great shape for it age and is mechanically very sound.

I personally have driven this van many times and recently took my kids on a trip to the bike park. It really has tons of room inside .

This classic is just full of opportunity to do many things with . The under side of the van is in very good shape., Anyone that knows these vans know that they are very prone to rust and many of the vans are rotted beyond belief. This van has some rust in the rockers and mid body mount. the front right floor at your feet has a hole as well . There are various places at the rear that has rust as well. I restore vehicle and this is a vey easy vehicle to fix.

The van runs and drives great . it has the 3 speed trans , 170 cid engine /

Recently all the brakes have been rebuilt from front to back. The carb is brand new and the engine runs great. it does have a exhaust manifold leak. all the seats are intact and one is a folding seat . the glass is all original stamped with the ford emblem. the poop out windows work great . The windows roll up and down great as well and all the door latches and handles. the vent windows operate as well. The factory gas tank was very dirty and a fuel cell was installed. there is a small round hole in the back for gas fill inside the van.

The dash is original with the working gauges and the floor heater still all there that functions.

This would be a excellent candidate to restore or just do a few things to and drive as is.

Ford recalling 830,000 vehicles to replace side door latches

The Basics: Ford is conducting a recall for roughly 830,000 models. The affected vehicles include the 2013 to 2015 Ford C-Max, 2012 to 2015 Ford Focus, 2013 to 2015 Ford Escape, 2015 Lincoln MKC, 2015 Ford Mustang, and 2014 to 2016 Ford Transit Connect. The recall is focused primarily in Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, California, Arizona, Hawaii, Georgia, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Nevada, Utah, Oklahoma, Washington, and Oregon as the problem mostly affects cars in states with warm weather. The Problem: The pawl spring tab in the side door latch in the affected vehicles could break, preventing the door from latching and could even cause the door to open while driving. Injuries/Deaths: There is one reported injury and one reported accident. The Fix: Dealers will replace the affected cars' side door latches. If you own one: Reach out to your local Ford dealer to schedule a service. Mulally to stay at Ford through end of 2014 at least

Alan Mulally isn't going anywhere... at least not just yet. The CEO who helped turn around Ford Motor Company has been linked to the top job at tech behemoth Microsoft, leading to a flurry of rumors about potential successors. Those rumors, though, may have just been put to rest - at least for a little while.
Speaking to Edsel Ford II (great-grandson of company founder Henry Ford) at the unveiling of the new Mustang, Automotive News Europe confirmed that Mulally would stick around until the end of next year. "Alan is staying through the end of 2014 and that's all I know," said Ford. "Frankly, he has told us that his plan is to stay with Ford through the end of 2014."
Presuming that Edsel Ford is correct and that Microsoft isn't so hot on Mulally that it saves the position for him, it seems increasingly likely that the 68-year-old exec is more interested in continuing to work in Dearborn rather than in Redmond.
