It does have two small surface rust spots on left and right side door post. (see pics). It also has a small dent in the right side door (see pics). That's it for the bad. The good is that there is no rust underneath and no other body damage. The 6.7 liter is stock and runs strong with only 81,000 miles on it. Tires have approximately 60% tread left. The truck drives straight and has no known mechanical defects. 4wheel drive works well and also has locking rear differential. This truck is not perfect but shows very nice. Any and all defects have been disclosed."
