NON NICER! Almost perfect in everyway. I can't say like new but real close. Perfect Car Fax, 2 owner, No paint work ever, a true non smoker truck, inside, outside and underside are near new, no paint chips or interior flaw, perfect glassThis truck sold new for 47K and was optioned out with most everything (see attached window sticker). I purchased this truck last year to pull a fifth wheel to Florida for a project. I completed my project  and now have a new company truck. This truck is amazing. Everything about her from the Wedgewood  Blue with  Arizona Beige accent paint, plush leather captains chairs, adjustable brake/gas pedals, power rear window, sprayed in Rino Bedliner, on the fly four wheel drive, 373 limited slip differianal, forged polished wheel and 6 disc CD changer camper tpw package, back up sensors rear sway bar and so much more including a remaining power train warrenty of 12K makes this a no brainer. I looked for months before I found this stunning truck in Cedartown GA. The origional ower traded her in with 51K on the clock for a new onSuper Duty . I took one look and said sold. I have babied her and she has never seen salt or snow. the list of options go on and on. The only thing missing is power sun roof. I only towed with her for about 1500 miles but she pulled like a power strock is suppose to. I have added a 4" DSL stainless steel ehaust and a upgraded cold air intake to inprove gas milage (16 to 18 MPG).CALL ME AT 704 439 7556 JERRY OR steeldreamsllc@gmail.com.

Ford open to diesel, hybrid or electric Mustang? [w/poll]

Sun, 08 Dec 2013

The Ford Mustang may not be the first vehicle that comes to mind when you think of environmentally-friendly forms of transportation. The arrival of the turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the new Mustang could do a lot to combat that perception, but the EcoBoost engine may just be the tip of the iceberg in that regard.
Speaking with Ford powertrain boss Bob Fascetti at the reveal of the new Mustang in Australia, GoAuto reports that the Blue Oval automaker is considering offering its latest pony car with a diesel, hybrid or even electric powertrain in the future.
"We're not looking at diesel at the moment, but given where we need to go with fuel consumption we are looking at all our options," said Fascetti. Other options could include a nine- or ten-speed automatic transmission to replace the current six-speed unit in order to help improve fuel economy and emissions for the Mustang, although figures for the current lineup have yet to be revealed.

Ford Australia debuts Ranger-based Everest SUV concept

Tue, 13 Aug 2013

Ford has been in hot water in Australia ever since it announced plans to end local production of the Falcon and Territory SUV. Besides canceling a model that is to Oz what the Mustang is to America, the end of production means more than a few folks will be out of work.
Keen to prove that it has a plan for the market, Ford has unveiled the Aussie-penned Everest Concept, a rough-and-tumble, seven-seat SUV. While not a direct replacement for the aging Territory (that role will eventually be filled by either the Edge or Flex, according to Car Advice) it's an indication from Ford's brass that the Blue Oval is still committed to Australia.
To prove that fact, Alan Mullaly, Mark Fields, Jim Farley and regional execs descended on Sydney for the debut of the new concept. Ford's Australian president and CEO, Bob Graziano, said of the Everest, "Our customers, our employees and Australia can be assured that we're connected to the nation and committed to our customers through terrific products with class-leading technologies."

Rowan Atkinson crashes at Goodwood Revival

Sun, 14 Sep 2014

To quote Harry Hogge (played by Robert Duvall) in Days of Thunder, "rubbin, son, is racin'." That can mean some unfortunate damage to high-end racing machinery, which may be repaired easily enough in stock car racing, but when it comes to vintage racing, the stakes can be that much higher. And yet incidents do occur, like at this weekend's Goodwood Revival.
Among the many competitors taking part in the retro racing event in England was none other than Rowan Atkinson, the actor perhaps best known for playing Mr. Bean. Driving a classic Ford Falcon Sprint in the Shelby Cup event, Atkinson (pictured above at the 2012 revival) reportedly crashed head-on into another car on track.
According to reports, the two cars up spun out. The driver in between managed to avoid a pile-up, but Atkinson couldn't steer clear and hit the obstructing vehicle. Fortunately Rowan walked away unscathed (and, we imagine, in a humorous manner), but while we don't know how extensive the damage was to the Falcon, it was enough to take it out of the race.
