O.K. guys and gals up for sale is a 1966 Ford F100 rat rod truck... Yes this thing is rougher than a week in County jail...But it is one of the most dependable trucks I have ever driven!! Believe it or not this ole truck really gets the attention and thumbs up everywhere I ride her!! This is what I consider a rat rod or project truck...ride it like it is or restore it??? It's up to you...But if you want a show truck it WILL need a FULL restoration...EVERYTHING!!!
The previous owner just spent a lot of money on this truck and it is mechanically tip top shape!! Bump the key and she fires right up. It rides and drives excellent.... Regardless of how she looks I would NOT hesitate to get in her and go to California and back!!! It has recently had new fuel pump, sparks plugs, plug wires, electronic ignition, new brakes, new exhaust, new hoses, new belts, new starter, tires are aprox 75% etc etc. It has a good sounding 352 V8 with 3 speed transmission and stock rear end.

MyFord Touch getting second update, extended warranty
Wed, 28 Nov 2012There is no doubt that Ford has had its hands full fielding complaints with its MyFord Touch and MyLincoln Touch systems these days, but looking to keep its customers happy, Ford is once again upgrading its infotainment systems and extending the warranties. Despite having just sent out updates for its systems back in March, Automotive News says that customers are still complaining about the speed and ease of use.
Vehicles with MyFord Touch will now get a five-year, unlimited-mile warranty, while the MyLincoln Touch will have a six-year, unlimited-mile warranty. Previously, the systems were covered under basic warranties (three-year, 36,000-mile for Ford and four-year, 60,000-miles for Lincoln).
What is being referred to as "version 3.5" for the MyFord Touch and MyLincoln Touch systems will be mailed out (or downloaded) next month for owners of cars without navigation and in January for cars with nav. Owners of hybrids, plug-ins and electric vehicles will get the update sometime in the first quarter of next year.

Mays is by far not the first designer to use heritage design cues in his work.
The announcement that J Mays will be leaving his chief creative officer role at Ford Motor Company on January 1 ends a 13-year run in one of the industry's top design roles. While best known for having a hand in reborn classics like the Volkswagen New Beetle, Ford Mustang and Thunderbird (above), Mays' legacy is more complicated and nuanced than being considered the father of what is known as "retrofuturism".
