This is a really nice 1966 F100, it has a 352 V8 rebuilt with only 6000 miles. It is a three on the tree manual transmission, disc brakes up front and a ford 9 inch in the rear. Brakes have all been gone through new tires, new chrome Steelies with bullet Lugnuts and polished center caps. New windshield with new seal, rubber floor mat, all other rubbers and seals,window scrapers,window felts, window channels and dividers have all been replaced new. Totally solid and straight body very nice truck. It also has a bamboo wood bed. Mirrors, headliner, and doorhandles have all been replaced new. All gauges and lights work on the truck, hazards, blinkers, high and low beams, gas gauge, oil pressure, temp, and windshield wipers. New exhaust from the manifolds back. All trim clips have been replaced. New 1 wire alternator. This is a very nice truck, take a look at the pictures as they are part of the description, and let me know if you have any questions. Ford bumped by Amazon in best-perceived brand list

Back in July, a mid-year study from YouGov found Ford to have higher brand perception than any other company in the US. While Ford failed to top the year-end study, it still has plenty to brag about. The final BrandIndex report shows that online retail giant Amazon edged out Ford for the top ranking, while Subway, the History Channel and Lowe's rounded out the top five spots.
For Ford, it's still an improvement from sixth place in the 2012 study, and, more importantly, it dominated other automakers in terms of brand perception with a clear advantage over Toyota, Honda, Chevy and Volkswagen. To determine how well - or not so well - a brand is perceived, YouGov uses a Buzz score that asks respondents whether they've "heard anything about the brand in the last two weeks, through advertising, news or word of mouth" and whether it was positive or negative. While it isn't clear how many respondents were included, YouGov does point out that Ford had a strong presence in social media, advertising and newsworthy toward the end of the year.

Ford reports 58% drop in Q2 profits on European losses

Ford Motor Company announced Wednesday that it has posted a $1 billion profit for the second quarter of 2012. That sounds like good news for the Blue Oval, until you take into account that Ford posted a $2.4 billion profit for Q2 a year ago. That is a substantial 58 percent loss.
Ford also posted $465 million in international losses, with $404 million of those losses coming directly from Europe. The automaker also increased its European loss projections to $1 billion for 2012, due in large part to the economic crisis overseas, which has resulted in increased unemployment and decreased consumer confidence.
