Here for sale I have a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Utility 2Dr Green with 87916 miles, clear title in hand, the car is in excellent condition with very low miles, very clean in and outside, the car drives perfect everything works just fine, tranny, engine, etc. In the past years we put in to the car more than $6,500 on maintenance to keep the car running in prestige condition, I have all the receipts in hand. So basically the car doesn't need nothing, only a new owner, we recently replace the shifter bushings and claps, last year the car was at the shop for new valve cover gasket set with grommets, abs check, one new hub assembly, in 2011 the 4x4 Control Module was replaced and driver door lock actuator, idle speed control and speed control gasket was replaced also, upper arm with ball joint L&R, serpentine belt, cooling system service, trans cooler line, hub bearing and wheel speed sensor, etc. So basically this car always been taking care to keep it running perfect, always oil change on time, tune ups, new iridium spark plugs, pass inspection and emissions with no issues, it also has a weather tech liner on back, sony xplod cd player. Serious buyers please, buyer must pick up the car within 7 days, deposit must be made within 24hrs via PayPal and remaining balance has to be paid within 7 days cash in person, I DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS, if any questions or if you would like to come and test drive the car you're welcome too, just send me a message via eBay and I will respond you as soonest I can, thanks for watching. |

'Born of a Blue Sky' brings the Amelia Island Concours to you
Fri, 03 May 2013The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance has more clout every year and is getting a reputation as Pebble Beach minus the madness. Held in March this year, it celebrated Ducati and the 50-year anniversaries of Lamborghini, the Corvette Sting Ray, Porsche 911 and the Ford GT40.
Justin Lapriore was there, and seemingly everywhere, getting footage of the various wares on display on the lawns and the sand and the runway. The resulting video, Born of a Blue Sky, is a 16-minute survey of some of the finer sights and plenty of engine sounds. Check it out below.
Official USPS Muscle Cars stamps coming to a mailbox near you
Thu, 21 Feb 2013As much as our digital lives have cut down on our trips to the post office, there are still times that sending "snail mail" is necessary. With us car lovers in mind and philately in their hearts, the good folks at the United States Postal Service will introduce a new stamp design called "Muscle Cars" starting on February 22.
Designed by artist Tom Fritz, the new collection of stamps consist of five classic muscle cars: 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1966 Pontiac GTO and 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. In addition to just the stamps, the USPS is also commemorating the new series with plenty of collectable memorabilia. Previous car-related stamps include 50s Sporty Cars from 2005 and 50s Fins and Chrome from 2008.
2016 Ford Focus RS to start at $35,730? [UPDATE]
Wed, Jul 29 2015UPDATE: Unsurprisingly, Ford declined to comment on the pricing shown on the consumer page, with spokesman Aaron Miller telling Autoblog that the Blue Oval does "not comment on pricing speculation." The webpage showing the $35,730 figure has since been pulled down. We love it when automakers make little, tiny mistakes. You know, not the big stuff that leads to recalls, but the small things, like accidentally releasing pricing of a hotly anticipated model via its US consumer website. Such a thing has apparently happened to Ford, as Jalopnik's Car Buying sub-blog has uncovered a page on the site listing the starting price of the 2016 Focus RS. The cost of entry for the 345-horsepower, all-wheel-drive, torque-vectoring hot hatchback is $35,730, according to the website. That's $1,035 more than the base Subaru WRX STI, although it's $865 less than the Volkswagen Golf R. Considering the RS outguns both models by a very significant margin – 40 horsepower over the STI and 47 over the Golf R – that price seems very agreeable. If it's correct, that is. Aside from showing the RS' starting price, the page also gives us a glimpse into the options sheet. There's an RS2 equipment level that adds $2,795 to the base price along with navigation and leather Recaro seats, an $895 sunroof, and a 19-inch wheel and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tire package for $1,990 (or just $1,395 for the 19s alone). Some fiddling with the quite incomplete configurator – there are no images and the overall design is rather glitchy – revealed a max price of $42,275. We've reached out to Ford for confirmation of the pricing information displayed. Head into Comments and let us know what you think of the pricing. Has Ford hit it out of the park by slotting in a more powerful competitor between the Subaru and Volkswagen? Were you expecting a higher price (like your author), or is this still too much money for a jumped-up Focus? Related Video:
