This Vehicle was purchased from a insurance company for resale. This is a super nice well cared for vehicle that is loaded with extra equipment. The pic,s should do a good job of showing the damage as well as the excellent condition of this vehicle. The van was torn down by a body shop for the insurance company,we have no info concerning the estimate for repairs or why they tore it down but didn,t repair it,often the owner decides to take what the insurance company offers and buys a new vehicle. The damage to this vehicle appears to be lite mostly on the right side we have no way of knowing if the frame needs any work, but it does not look like it is damaged,it looks like it needs some work on the right inter skirt and a right 3/4 front installed. The van will crank and run and can be driven enough to load it. Some of the equipment includes alloy polished wheels with like new Michelin tires,a trailer towing package with a Tekonsho trailer brake system,a Voyager back-up camera system,a Braun Corp wheelchair lift with a 600lb lift model # NV05FSW, Factory radio with navagation feature the interior is very nice with recessed lighting and AC vents. The driver seat is highly adjustable up and down as well as front to back. We do not have a lot of knowledge concerning handicap equipment so please e mail us with any questions and we will try to answer them the best we can. We have tested the drivers seat and the wheel chair lift and they work great, there is a remote control for the chair lift also. This vehicle is being sold as is if you are close enough to come by and look at it for your self you are welcome. We are also listing this vehicle for sale locally so please don,t wait until the last minute to show an intrest, we reserve the right to end the auction early if we have a local buyer.

Ford tweaking Model E dealer program to address dealer concerns
Wed, May 29 2024Ford's been working on its strategy and sales reorganization for a couple of years, the initiative that created the Blue (ICE), Pro (commercial), and Model E (electric) divisions. On the Model E side, part of continuous reworking of the EV arm has been in response to dealer lawsuits filed in numerous states, since Model E not only stipulated investments of anywhere from $500,000 to $1.2 million, the automaker initially wanted dealers to set no-haggle pricing, offer remote pickup and delivery for service appointments, and build chargers that would operate around-the-clock. Another big part of the tweaks to Model E is the continually unstable ground the entire electric project is built on. As part of understanding what dealers are facing and how to keep the electric wheels turning, Automotive News reports that the automaker held 11 meetings with dealers this year in six cities. Based on the feedback, more changes are coming to Model E as soon as next month.  During the roadshow, Ford told dealers to pause their investments into getting certified for Model E. This directive followed a corporate change in plans as Ford pulled investments in battery-electrics in favor of consumers' choice for hybrids. The head of Ford Blue — the internal-combustion-powered division that, with Ford Pro, has been paying the bills as Model E posts big losses — told AN, "We don't want them to make any decisions between now and the middle of June, when you can maybe have a more informed decision-making process based off what we work out with council in the next few weeks." One change has already been made public, the VP of EV programs telling an AutoNews business conference audience, “What weÂ’re finding is more dealers want to be involved in it and we donÂ’t want to be exclusive to just a handful, and so weÂ’re making a change where weÂ’re opening up that and not requiring as many certifications or investments for a dealer to participate in the EV revolution." Don't take that comment as a revelation; since the beginning, dealers complained about being excluded and needing to throw so much money at the program. Take that comment as Ford needing to find a better way in the "rapidly changing" environment. The official list of updates won't come until next month, when Ford meets its dealer council, and it should touch on topics beyond EVs.
Mercury rises around sexy Cougar pack
Sat, May 30 2015With a slightly larger body and a more luxurious interior, the Mercury Cougar doesn't carry quite as much cachet among pony car enthusiasts as the venerable Ford Mustang. But don't try to make that argument around Cougar super-fan Mike Brown. Since starting his Cougar collecting in 1988, Brown has become an absolute expert on the model, and he claims to have owned 400 of the Mercury pony cars in that time. Ten of them are in his collection today, not to mention a heap of spare parts in the garage. Check out some of the rarer members of Brown's fleet and allow him to tell you about them in this interesting interview from Electric Federal.
Ford Edge Concept previews new look, can park itself remotely
Wed, 20 Nov 2013It turns out the image we saw back in February did, in fact, reveal the next-generation Ford Edge - at least in concept form. We still have to wait to see what the design will look like in production guise, but until then, Ford is giving us a good idea thanks to the Edge Concept being introduced at the LA Auto Show.
The new styling is an evolution of the current crossover's face with narrow headlights and a prominently slatted grille, while the rest of the design adds a more dynamic appearance with interesting body creases and horizontal taillights. We haven't gotten a look inside the Edge Concept just yet, but Ford is promising a suite of advanced driver-assist technologies including a new self-park system that allows activation from inside or outside the vehicle along with obstacle avoidance and an adaptive electric power steering system.
Ford will continue to offer an EcoBoost engine option in the upcoming Edge, and it will get active grille shutters to help maximize fuel efficiency. No word yet on when we'll be seeing the next-gen Edge in production form, but as we reported recently, it will become a global model in markets including Europe, China and South America. Ford's press release is posted below, but we'll have more information and images up later today.
