YOU ARE BIDDING ON A USED 2005 P71 FORD CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTOR. IT HAS 2 SPOTLIGHTS. TITLE IS CLEAR AND TAGS ARE CURRENT. THIS CAR HAS A STARTING ISSUE, IT TAKES SEVERAL TRIES TO GET IT TO SPARK AND START, WE HAD PUT A REBUILT PCM AND ICM IN THE UNIT BUT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. ONCE THE CAR STARTS IT RUNS STRONG AS WELL AS THE TRANSMISSION. ONCE IT IS STARTED AND WARM AND YOU SHUT THE CAR OFF IT WILL RESTART RIGHT AWAY AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT SIT MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. IF IT DOES THEN YOU HAVE TO TRY TO START IT SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IT STARTED AGAIN. IM SURE TO THE RIGHT PERSON THIS IS A EASY FIX, BUT WE DECIDED TO JUST REPLACE THE CAR IN OUR FLEET.
