This was a former Florida Wildlife Commission Government vehicle has 5.0 engine , gauges , Manual 4x4 , Auto Transmission OD, AC , roll bar , dual front shock on each side of front suspension,  inside spare tire mount and spotlight on drivers side the way it was delivered to the FWC Law enforcement agency that originally purchased this truck . There are still a few switches and allot of wiring left over from the lights ,radios and other government equipment. This needs to be removed unless you plan to use the wiring/switches. It is a good running truck engine runs smooth no blue smoke when driving or at cold start. leaves no leaks on driveway. I originally bought it for my daughter but things didn't work out so it is now up for sale. She bought a little truck and now after all this work was done I don't want this truck to sit around.
The ABS light is on because it has been unplugged. The ABS was intermittent and I didn't trust it so we disconnected the electrical power. The brakes now function like an old non ABS system. The parking brake cables were stuck so they were removed to be replaced later if we kept the truck. It needs new parking brake cables the parts inside the drum are still there. The gas gauge is also intermittent but it is now reading empty The fuel tank contains somewhere between 3/4 and full on gas. We put new upper and lower radiator hoses , new radiator, Front brake calipers, hoses/lines ,pads and hardware . New rear brake cylinders ,shoes and hardware. New ignition control module, new key switch. The tailgate door cables need to be replaced one is broken the other is old. Their is also a rust hole under the cowl where the windshield wipers are that has a temporary patch. It needs to be repaired permanently water used to come in above the the gas pedal when it rains hard or you wash the truck and pool on the floor. The hole is on the firewall and does not effect anything electrical . Their is also a rust hole in the floor pan left far rear corner on the curve to the left of and below the rear passenger seat.behind the Drivers seat belt reel.
Air Blows cold . Has crank windows on front doors . Rear door window is electric and works well . AM FM Cassette does not work. Has holes inside and out from FWC /law enforcement equipment . Has rust in several areas but truck is structurally sound I will try and get all the rust in pictures. Manual shift 4X4 is strong in high and low. Truck did not have an overheat problem when we bought it, the radiator was the original and needed changing you could smell the coolant. We also changed the thermostat and hoses at the same time. We were given a defective thermostat which caused the temp gauge to rise too rapidly and vent coolant after shutdown. It was driven home approx 20 miles when we bought it with no problems. The old and new thermostats were removed to verify the problem. The engine runs too cool now. It needs a new high quality thermostat which the new owner can install on their own for 10-12$. I am not putting any more money into this truck. OIl and filter was change even though previous owner just did a change. The rear bumper is also rusty and is not expensive to replace. Also the tires are fairly new on the back. Good on the front the rear tires are a different brand than the front. Window tint is bubbling and peeling.
The Bronco has not been registered the title is still in the prior owners name. I was going to register it after all the work was done but now that the work is done and my daughter bought a smaller truck on her own I don;t have a need for another registered vehicle. I have too many vehicles now and don't want this one to sit any longer . The title is not a problem and I have it in hand. Before anyone comes to look I want them to know everything I know about this vehicle. I don't want to waste anyones time so please read description before asking any questions. If you have any questions I didn't answer please ask .We drove hours looking for a Bronco for my daughter. This was the only one that matched the description. I tried to put everything down so your time and mine are not wasted. I am negotiable and willing to accept partial trade such as home defense items ,etc . I am negotiable but will not give it away. Thanks,Joe

2016 Ford Focus RS to start at $35,730? [UPDATE]
Wed, Jul 29 2015UPDATE: Unsurprisingly, Ford declined to comment on the pricing shown on the consumer page, with spokesman Aaron Miller telling Autoblog that the Blue Oval does "not comment on pricing speculation." The webpage showing the $35,730 figure has since been pulled down. We love it when automakers make little, tiny mistakes. You know, not the big stuff that leads to recalls, but the small things, like accidentally releasing pricing of a hotly anticipated model via its US consumer website. Such a thing has apparently happened to Ford, as Jalopnik's Car Buying sub-blog has uncovered a page on the site listing the starting price of the 2016 Focus RS. The cost of entry for the 345-horsepower, all-wheel-drive, torque-vectoring hot hatchback is $35,730, according to the website. That's $1,035 more than the base Subaru WRX STI, although it's $865 less than the Volkswagen Golf R. Considering the RS outguns both models by a very significant margin – 40 horsepower over the STI and 47 over the Golf R – that price seems very agreeable. If it's correct, that is. Aside from showing the RS' starting price, the page also gives us a glimpse into the options sheet. There's an RS2 equipment level that adds $2,795 to the base price along with navigation and leather Recaro seats, an $895 sunroof, and a 19-inch wheel and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tire package for $1,990 (or just $1,395 for the 19s alone). Some fiddling with the quite incomplete configurator – there are no images and the overall design is rather glitchy – revealed a max price of $42,275. We've reached out to Ford for confirmation of the pricing information displayed. Head into Comments and let us know what you think of the pricing. Has Ford hit it out of the park by slotting in a more powerful competitor between the Subaru and Volkswagen? Were you expecting a higher price (like your author), or is this still too much money for a jumped-up Focus? Related Video:
Ford to hack $4k off price of Focus EV amid slow sales
Wed, 10 Jul 2013Between slow sales and a hefty price drop for its nearest rival, the Ford Focus Electric may be looking at a pretty substantial price cut. The Detroit News is reporting that Ford will drop the price of the all-electric by about $4,000 to $35,200 to be more competitive with the Nissan Leaf, which received a big price cut for 2013 down to $28,800.
Ford has already admitted to having low expectations for the car's sales and massive rebates were reported earlier in the year, but there is still no official word from Ford on this matter. The company's consumer site still lists the 2014 model's starting price as $39,200. In addition to the Leaf, the Focus Electric will also have to deal with the lower prices of smaller EVs including the Honda Fit EV, Fiat 500e and the Chevrolet Spark EV.
Ford F-150 extended cab struggles in IIHS small overlap test
Thu, Jul 30 2015Update: Ford issued a statement to Autoblog to clarify the results of the test and dispute the IIHS repair cost estimates. A quote from a Ford representative has been added to the story. See the full statement below the IIHS press release. Of all the vehicles undergoing crash tests this year, few will be as closely watched as the new 2015 Ford F-150. That's not only because it remains the top-selling vehicle in America year after year, but also because it features an aluminum body instead of steel. While the F-150 performed well in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety test, one factor prompted the institute to undertake a second round of testing that uncovered a problem. Like most full-size pickups, the F-150 is available in several cab styles: the regular two-door, the extended SuperCab and the four-door SuperCrew. The IIHS typically takes the most popular version of a particular model for testing, and in the Ford truck's case that meant the SuperCrew. The F-150 performed well in all the tests the IIHS put it through, including the small overlap test in which the vehicle is driven 40 miles per hour into a five-foot-tall barrier impacting the front left corner of the vehicle. Its overall performance in the tests earned the F-150 a Top Safety Pick rating, missing out on the higher Top Safety Pick + rating only because it doesn't have an automatic braking system. But how do the other versions of Ford's best-seller hold up? Given that even less popular versions of the F-150 still sell more than many other vehicles on the market, the IIHS put an extended cab through the same battery of tests. It performed comparably except in one area: the small overlap test. In that case, the extended cab model's steering column was pushed eight inches into the cabin (dangerously close to the crash test dummy's chest), the dummy's head missed the airbag almost entirely and hit the instrument panel, and the dummy's legs would risk sustaining "moderate" injuries. The reason for the disparity is that "Ford added structural elements to the crew cab's front frame to earn a good small overlap rating and a Top Safety Pick award but didn't do the same for the extended cab," according to the Institute's chief research officer David Zuby. "That shortchanges buyers who might pick the extended cab thinking it offers the same protection in this type of crash as the crew cab.
