NO TRADES!!!

I purchased the car new in December of 2012.

This car has never spent a night out of the garage, has never been anywhere near a race track, and has been adult driven only.

No aftermarket parts or modifications have been made to the car. The car is 100% as delivered from the factory.

The interior color is beige and the carpet color is castoro (light brown). The car has factory red brake calipers.  Dash is black with red stitching.

The entire exterior of the car is white Bianco Avus and the paint and wheels are completely spotless and undamaged.  There has been NO paintwork and zero damage to the car.  The car does NOT have clear bra on it and it has ZERO rock chips or paint damage on the front.  It has been driven very rarely and on very nice roads only.

There are only two signs of wear on the interior of the car. As seen in the pictures, there is one small wear mark on the left side of the driver seat, and one small mark on the center area between the two rear seats.

I have the brand new car cover, books, manuals, both keys, etc.  This car is basically brand new except cheaper!

I am simply selling this car due to having too many cars and not enough garage space.  It is an excellent vehicle.  I am the original and only owner.  I purchased the car brand new from Continental Ferrari in Chicago.

Genuine Maintenance Service plan valid through December of 2019.  This covers your annual services for free of charge, you just have to get the car to the dealer and they take care of the rest.  You essentially have NO out of pocket service costs on this car.

I am willing to help arrange transportation and possibly even drive the car to meet the new buyer if somewhere near by.

Shipping or transportation cost will be at the buyer's expense.

I have tried to price the vehicle extremely competitively compared to other similar cars that are for sale in the market.  Please don't waste my time or yours with low ball offers.

If you have any other questions regarding the car, please contact me through eBay.  Car is available for inspection in person.  No test rides until an agreement is made and deposit is placed.

The car WILL NOT leave my possession until paid in full and the funds have cleared the bank.  I have a clear title in hand.

Please check my feedback to see my perfect history here on ebay.  I have had several Ferraris over the years and this is by far the nicest one and best condition I have ever seen.  It is certainly a 9.8/10

Is the $1.4M LaFerrari sold out?

Mon, 09 Dec 2013

If you look at the stratospheric sticker prices on the latest generation of hypercars and wonder how an automaker could possibly justify it, bear in mind a few factoids. For one thing, even when the sticker prices start lower, they quickly balloon past the million-dollar mark. For another, automakers charge that much because they can, and don't seem to have much trouble selling them all.
Case in point: the new LaFerrari. While presenting the state-of-the-art supercar on CNBC, Ferrari North America CEO Marco Mattiacci revealed that all 499 examples that will be made of the hybrid hypercar - including those 120 earmarked for North America - have already been spoken for. This despite the $1.4 million asking price that makes it the most expensive Ferrari ever made.
Or the most expensive new Ferrari, we should say, because prices for the most collectable machines ever to roll out the gates at Maranello continue to rise. Figure you'll save a little and get LaFerrari's predecessor? Trading hands these days at prices approaching $2 million (around three times its original $660k MSRP), the Enzo is even more expensive. And that's just the scarlet tip of the iceberg.

eBay Find of the Day: Your choice of new, unregistered mid-2000s supercars

Wed, 26 Dec 2012

If you didn't quite find what you were hoping to see under the tree this year, maybe it's about time you buy yourself something nice. Something like an unregistered 2005 Porsche Carrera GT. The car has never been titled and has just 83 miles on the odometer. With one owner since new, the Carrera GT is likely to be as nice an example as you're likely to find outside of a museum. Porsche only built 340 of these machines back in 2005, and with a 610 horsepower V10 kicking at your spine, you can lap Santa's sleigh next year. Currently, the Carrera GT has a buy it now price of $457,325 with around six days left on the auction.
Not flashy enough for your tastes? Stroll on down to West Hollywood and you'll find a similarly untitled 2004 Ferrari Enzo up for grabs with a sticker of $1.8 million. Technically a Euro-spec car, the Enzo isn't legal to operate on US roads, but could be modified to satisfy Uncle Sam with a little effort. The seller calls this car the "last brand-new Enzo in existence" and with 175 miles on the clock, that may be a true statement. You can head over to eBay Motors for a closer look if you're feeling spendy.

Second day of RM's Monterey auction continues the million dollar madness

Sun, 18 Aug 2013

RM Auctions' two-day event during the Monterey car week is pretty much a matter of appetizer and main course. Friday night's appetizer saw a trio of multi-million-dollar Ferraris, along with a pre-war Mercedes-Benz and a Jaguar D-Type. You can read all about those beauties right here. But as we said in that post, the action would really happen on Saturday night. The prices listed below include RM's ten-percent commission fee, and, as you'll see, the auction house did pretty well for itself.
We've already told you about the $27.5 million winning bid for the 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 NART Spyder, with all the profits headed to charity. While there were more seven-figure winners on night two, the overall prices weren't quit as high as we saw on Friday night. The Ferrari F50 (pictured above) shown during the car's Geneva debut back in the 1990s and with only 1,100 miles on the clock took $1,677,500 (on a $1.25 to $1.6 million estimate). Another winner was a 1935 Hispano-Suiza K6 Cabriolet, which brought in $2,255,000 on a $1.5 to $2 million estimate. A 1974 McLaren M16C Indianapolis, the race winner of the 1974 Indy 500, brought home $3.52 million, essentially doubling its expected price of $1.25 to $1.75 million.
The night wasn't a success for everybody, though. The 1928 Mercedes-Benz 680S Torpedo Roadster, which took Best In Show at the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance failed to reach its $10-million expectations, selling for $8.25 million. That's not peanuts by any stretch, but a car that only goes for about 80 percent of its expected price isn't something to be enthusiastic about. A 1960 Maserati Tipo 61 Birdcage, which was expected to go for $3 to $4 million only took in $2,090,000.
