Very Clean Ferrari F355 F1 Clean history car, with key, 3 fobs ( 2 red, 1 black) tool kit, tire inflation and books. Great Service History with papers, major was done a few years ago but less than 1200 miles was put on the car after it was done so no problem there. It has an aftermarket cd/ipod head unit but there were no wires cut to insure that the factory head unit and the cd changer(still in the car) will work if you would like to go back to those. No sticky in the center console of the car, the reason for this is that it was been stored in a climate controlled shop all of its life and only taken out on sunny days. NO paint or body work has been done to this car! Does have a built in battery tender for those days or weeks you do not drive the car(Great to have on these Ferraris) This is just a great turn-key f355 that is ready to hit the road and fast. Only reason for the sell of this one is that I am looking to get a Ferrari 360 or 430, if I was not in the market for one of those, this car would be locked up from everyone else. Dubai police add Ferrari FF to keep Lambo company
Thu, 18 Apr 2013Supercars are a sulky lot by nature. Leave them to their own devices and they'll quickly grow despondent. That's why so many owners have more than one exotic in the stable. The Dubai Police seem to have caught on to that fact, having just added a Ferrari FF to help keep the force's new Lamborghini Aventador company. The duo will patrol the city's more affluent regions to promote the area's image as a mecca for money.
Mission: accomplished.
Of course, the Dubai PD certainly isn't the first law enforcement agency to adopt flashy cruisers, and car gods willing, it won't be the last. There was the Nissan GT-R gussied up for police duty, as well as the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 and the Mitsubishi Evo X, but we have to say the DPD certainly has the most lust-worthy stable at the moment.
Ferrari begins releasing official teasers for new supercar
Fri, 01 Mar 2013Regardless of what it will be called, the successor to the Ferrari Enzo will be unveiled next week in Geneva, and like many other automakers, Ferrari will apparently be giving us a slow strip tease of the all-new hybrid supercar.
We've already seen a couple shadowy images of the car's face and rump, but the new shots - provided courtesy of the Ferrari Facebook page - are starting to show us some detail.
The only problem is that we don't exactly know what details we're looking at. In the shot above, that curvy, red real estate could belong to any number of body panels, while the second new teaser shows the Ferrari prancing horse logo with no indication of where on the car it'jk, s located.
1954 Ferrari 375-Plus sells for record $18 million at Goodwood
Thu, 03 Jul 2014Among all the action at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this past weekend, Bonhams held its classic car auction, bringing in a massive $38.4 million in sales. And this was undoubtedly the highlight.
Bearing the chassis number 0384 AM, this 1954 Ferrari 375-Plus has a storied racing history, competing that year in such events as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Mille Miglia and the Silverstone endurance race, where the late José Froilán Gonzalez drove it to victory. One of only five made, the 375 Plus packed a 4.9-liter V12 with 330 horsepower under aluminum barchetta bodywork by Pininfarina. It was subsequently owned by Kleenex scion Jim Kimberly, trading hands between owners on both sides of the Atlantic and was the subject of a legal dispute over its ownership four years ago.
With the dispute now resolved and after heated competition between two bidders, the Ferrari finally sold for £10.7 million, equivalent to $18.2 million at today's rates and accounting for nearly half of the day's sales totals. Other highlights included a 1902 De Dietrich 16-HP "Paris-Vienna" Rear-Entrance Tonneau and a a '75 Lamborghini Countach, each of which sold for around $1.7 million - the latter eclipsing the example that Bonhams also recently sold for $1.2 million.
