Up for Auction is a good ol Powerwagon!! This is a factory air conditioning truck with power windows. The Drivers window works great but passenger side dont may need motor? This beast of a truck has a freshly rebuilt 440 Engine that is bored .030 over. Mopar stage V heads, Purple shaft RV cam, Cast intake ported and polished. Has 650 holley carb the motor has less than 10k miles on rebuild!! The clutch is also new a South Bend performance clutch for pulling. The manual 4spd has been rebuilt as well all the drivetrain is very solid! The interior is in decent shape for the year. The heat blows warm as well. Truck could use a tuneup as its not been driven a lot. Has good brakes. New exhaust too. The bottom of fenders have a little rust on them as well as door bottoms and cab corners, driver floor pan has a spot bad in it but is covered up! The Bed has some rust over wheel wells and a few dents on pass side. Was going to make this into another pulling truck but I already have one so would like to sell!! The rear ratio is 3:55 posi. Has dana 60f/60r Lockouts on front end. Has a set of Aluminum slots with good 33x12.50x16.5 BfG all terrains unless it meets a certain price they will not go with it just a set of roller wheels and tires!! Powerful truck that is a decent driver just needs some tlc on body! These motors alone with the heads thats on it and it being redone are worth a good chunk so im not giving this truck away!! Ask any questions or text call 740-339-3685 open to other toys??

Diesel Power finds the ultimate modified oil-burner
Sat, 24 Aug 2013For nine years, Diesel Power magazine has run the Diesel Power Challenge, this year's grindfest being "a week-long torture test that features seven events, nine trucks, 8,000 horsepower, and nearly 15,000 pound-feet of torque." The road to being crowned "the most powerful truck" starts with a dyno run, and then continues through the completion of a CDL-style obstacle course, an eighth-of-a-mile drag race while towing a 10,000-pound trailer, a quarter-mile drag race without a trailer, a fuel economy test in the mountains and finally a sled-pulling test through a 300-foot-long packed-mud pit.
What kind of trucks get into such a fight? Last year's winner, for instance - who upgraded his truck this year to prove he didn't "luck into the win" - drives a 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a 6.4-liter Power Stroke V8 upgraded with a custom intake, Elite Diesel triple turbos and a two-stage nitrous system. Another competitor has a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 powered by a 5.9-liter Cummins inline-six, upgraded with Garrett turbos, dual-stage nitrous, a seven-inch exhaust stack and twin fans built into the bed to cool the Sun Coast Omega transmission. The numbers on that truck: 1,255 horsepower, and 2,063 pound-feet of torque at the wheels. Naturally, as the image above might suggest, things don't always end well.
You'll find all five videos covering this years challenge below. A scene in the dyno video sums it all up perfectly: a competitor leaves his nitrous on too long and the crew is treated to some ominous poppings, he leans out the window, throws both hands up and shouts, "Amer'ca!"
2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit prepares to keep Hellcats in line
Wed, 13 Aug 2014Earlier today, Dodge pulled the wraps off its 2015 Charger SRT Hellcat - a 707-horsepower sedan capable of sprinting to 60 miles per hour in 3.7 seconds and reaching a top speed of 204 mph. Naturally, the car debuted in a bright shade of pull-me-over red, so it was fitting, then, that Dodge also brought its newly updated 2015 Charger Pursuit to keep everything under control.
No, cops won't be able to spec their Charger cruisers with the 707-hp Hellcat engine (oh man, imagine the chase scenes...), but law enforcement officials will be able to choose from either a 3.6-liter V6 or 5.7-liter Hemi V8, producing 292 hp and 370 hp, respectively. V8 models can be ordered with all-wheel drive, and Dodge estimates that with either engine, the Charger Pursuit can achieve up to 26 miles per gallon on the highway (thanks to the V8's four-cylinder mode).
Other updates for 2015 include improved braking power, a seven-inch display in the instrument cluster, a five-inch display in the center stack, and a new vehicle systems interface that could make it easier for police squads to install computer and radio equipment.
