Here we have up for auction is a 1977 Dodge D 100 half ton two wheel drive pick up. The truck was built two years ago so it shows a little wear and tear. It has some light scratches in the paint and a few nicks here and there, but overall the paint is in pretty good shape. The engine is a 360 modified with a small cam with headers a 4 barrel intake and carb. The transmission is a 5 speed manual with an old school pistol grip shifter. The truck runs very strong and goes straight down the road. I just put a new stereo with cd player in the truck along with new oil pressure, temp, and amp gauges in the dash. It has an old school tack on the column. The speedometer and the fuel gauge does not work. I will try to get the fuel gauge working but no promises. I think the speedo is just bad I can't get it to work. The truck had air conditioner. Everything is still in the truck for the air except the compressor. So it would be easy to put air back into the truck. This is a nice little truck that you can drive anywhere and look good doing it. Get ready, world: The 707-horsepower Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat has officially been unleashed. But rather than just have the big coupes quietly arrive at dealers, Dodge has released this video, showing Hellcats loading up onto car carriers at Fiat-Chrysler's Brampton, Ontario plant. And yes, that is Mötley Crüe's "Kickstart My Heart" playing in the background. Of course.
This really is worth all the fanfare, though, considering Dodge will sell its ridiculously powerful, supercharged machine for just $59,995. And if the Challenger isn't quite up your alley, just remember, there's an equally powerful, 204-mph, four-door Charger Hellcat on the way...

This is the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, and we're sure that by now, you know its stats, including over 600 horsepower from its 6.2-liter, supercharged V8. What, pray tell, does that blown engine sound like, though?
At least judging on the sonic strength of this video, it's very, very dirty. Honestly, it sounds unlike anything that's come out of the Chrysler Group in a long time, if ever. It's loud, almost brutally so, with a bark that few road-going V8s can match.

Dodge Vipers selling for $480k in China

Want to get your hands on a new Dodge Viper? Be prepared to pay dearly. It starts at nearly $90k here in the US, but that's nothing compared to what you'd have to pay for one if you lived in, say, China. CarsNewsChina.com reports on one Viper available in Beijing for an eye-watering 298 million yuan – equivalent to about $480,000 at today's exchange rates and representing more than a 500-percent markup. Part of that premium comes down to the Chinese tax code that charges a reported 60 percent for anything with an engine displacing over four liters. And the Viper's, we needn't remind you, is more than twice that. It naturally costs some to import a car to China as well, but most of the rest is pure profit. The Beijing dealership reportedly gets the cars from dealers in California, has already sold three and plans to import several more. The dealer can also get you (or wealthy Chinese individuals) a Corvette Stingray for a comparatively cheap 1.73 million yuan (or $280k). Related Video:
