Winning Bidder must pay a 10% or $200 (whichever is greater) Non-Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of Winning Bid.- No Exceptions. The balance is due within seven (7) days after auction closure. Typographical and factual errors:

In the event that there are material errors in the description of the item, Buyer and Seller may agree to complete the sale. If the Buyer is unwilling to complete the sale due to a typographical or factual error, Buyer shall be entitled to reimbursement for a maximum of $25.00 in out of pocket expenses.
In the event that a sale is not concluded due to a typographical or factual error, Seller may agree to release Buyer of the ebay auction winners obligation when Buyer agrees to, and completes, the posting of positive or neutral feedback.
