You are bidding on a 1969 Dart GTS convertible. The Dart comes with a 1971 340 but has a rebuilt 318 in it right now but you also get the 340 and you can put that in the car. The car is a rust free California car and has no rust so if you want a rust free car this is the one for you. It has been in California its whole life and No rust repair was done to the car original quarters and floors and trunk. It has power steering with power top that works great goes up and down nice and smooth and has the original fender tag. Here is a list of all the new parts that are on the car

Body: New front and rear bumpers, new black GTS stripe, all new trunk and door rubbers, new door and trunk locks, new GTS hood, New black convertible top with well liner, new trunk mat, new front wire harnesses for lights and engine.

Interior: New front and rear seats, new carpet, new dash cap, new sill plates, original door panels, new heater core new top and the dash has been redone and looks great

Suspension: new front and rear shocks, new upper a-arm bushings, new upper and lower ball joints, new tie rods, new lower control arm bushings, new brake master, new brakes all around, new brake lines front and rear and rubber lines, new Cragar SS rims with new BFG's tires or you can have the original steel black rims with red line tires and red line center caps both sets look good on the car.

Drive train: rebuilt 318 with cam and intake also comes with a 1971 340 complete( I would have put the 340 in the car but only found the motor after the car was completed), new radiator, new starter, new water pump, new fuel pump, new 600 carburetor, new distributor, new battery, new battery tray, new wire harnesses, new starter relay, new air cleaner with 340 pie tin, new sending units, new coil, new plugs wires and cap and rotor, new battery wires, new voltage regulator, new heater core, new alternator, fully rebuilt 904 trans, new converter, new drive line, new gas tank and sending unit, new dual exhaust with chrome tips, new hoses

The Dart GTS convertible runs and drives good and looks fantastic the body and paint are nice. This is a good car to cruise around in all summer long and have fun in. You will get lots of compliments on this car it and the color combo is very sharp and comes with your choice of rims and tires either Cragar SS with BFG's or the red line tires with steel rims and red line center caps. Everybody looks good driving around in a convertible dart GTS with the top down and your hair blowing in the wind. I will sell to people over seas and in other countries.

Has Dodge stepped in it again with Scat Pack lawsuit?

Lawsuits are an unfortunate part of doing business in just about any industry, so the latest complaint filed by a California-based aftermarket firm against Chrysler would seem to be nothing more than business as usual. But this isn't the first time the two companies have sparred over this particular issue.
According to a report from Automotive News, the dispute revolves around the Scat Pack name that Chrysler first offered on the Charger, Coronet, Dart and Super Bee starting in 1968. Scat Enterprises, a manufacturer of crankshafts and other components for Dodges and other vehicles, sued Chrysler for using its name. A few years later the Scat Pack disappeared from the Dodge catalog.
Fast forward to August 2013 when Chrysler applied to register the Scat Pack name anew. The US Patent and Trademark Office turned down Chrysler's application, but the automaker proceeded anyway, unveiling new Scat Packs for the Challenger, Charger and Dart at last year's SEMA show.

I can pinpoint the exact moment when I fell in love with this car. It was starting down a nearly straight entrance ramp at 15 miles per hour when I buried the throttle. In a moment, I was thrown back into my seat as the big SRT8's engine came to life with commensurate sound, fury and force, bringing me up to 75 mph in what felt like two blinks of an eye. This thing feels so much quicker than its 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque would lead you to believe. And mashing the right pedal never, ever gets old.
But beyond sheer speed, I found a whole lot to like about the Charger SRT8 during my week with the Pitch Black test car here in Detroit. And while the whole Super Bee kit isn't really my style, it's really easy to overlook those badges for a package that offers so much for so little.

Chrysler patents smarter minivan folding seats

It's frightening to think of how quickly the mice would have overtaken us if we hadn't stayed one step ahead of them with better mousetraps. We'll never have to worry about that in our relentlessly re-engineered world, though. Case in point: Chrysler has been granted a patent by the US Patent and Trademark Office for an improved design of the already wondrous Stow 'n' Go seating found in the automaker's Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans.
Introduced in 2005, the Stow 'n' Go was improved in 2008, and based on the drawings of this third-generation improvement, the new design appears to allow stowage of the second row of seats without having to move the front-row seats forward as much. It look like it also involves fewer operations and moving parts, with a portion of the seatback being incorporated into the flat floor when the seats are stowed, as opposed to having a completely separate cover.
It's possible that the innovation may appear on the next-generation minivans expected in 2015, but Chrysler isn't commenting on the patent.
