this is a auction for a project i never got around to finishing. it is a 1989 dodge shelby dakota. they only made a few thousand of these. in 2004 i had all of the paint and body work done at a cost of more than $4000. it is painted viper blue. it has been sitting in my garage since then and only recently had to come out do to needing more room in the garage. the truck does include the original motor that came out of it. i had a newer 5.9 magnum motor in it. it also has -8 braided fuel line and a larger pickup in the tank. it has a aftermarket efi hi performance fuel pump on it as well. the rear end has a tooth broke on the ring gear. i do not have the original transmission. this is a perfect project for someone wanting a very nice looking lightweight(3200lb) truck to make a little hot rod out of. i just simply dont have room or the time to finish it and would like to see it go to someone that will appreciate it.. please feel free to ask any questions at all

Ron Burgundy returns for four more Dodge Durango ads
Mon, 04 Nov 2013Dodge has released several more of its Anchorman 2-themed commercials, starring Will Ferrell as inept newsreader Ron Burgundy. The four spots, one of which is a sequel to a previous commercial, follow roughly the same pattern as previous ads, with Ferrell's Burgundy misunderstanding or generally making a fool of himself. For some of the ads, though, Burgundy is selling more than just Durangos - the red-suited host of San Diego's most watched news broadcast shilling the entire Dodge lineup.
We've included all four ads down below, and you can also hope over to our original posts to see some of the older commercials. Oh, and if you're getting tired of these - we aren't, aside from the Do-dge spot - just remember that Ferrell reportedly filmed around 70 ads for Dodge.
Ranking Dodge's Charger Hellcat with the fastest sedans in the world

"This is a car that most brands would never bring to market." - Tim Kuniskis
Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis had reason to be confident, perhaps even a bit cocky at the reveal of his brand's newest halo car, the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. As he said simply, it's the "quickest, fastest and most powerful sedan in the world."
Dodge hoping Fast & Furious appearance gives Dart a sales jolt [w/video]
Tue, 28 May 2013According to Automotive News, Chrysler is hoping Fast & Furious 6 will be kind to the Dodge Dart. While the compact sedan doesn't actually show up in the film, Dodge has partnered up with the movie franchise for a new ad featuring the Dart.
Chrysler hasn't exactly seen the high sales numbers it was originally hoping for with the new sedan, thanks in part to a couple of missteps. For starters, most early-production vehicles were only offered with a manual transmission. Analysts believe Chrysler squandered around 95 percent of potential Dart sales because automatic transmission options weren't immediately available.
Right now, the Dodge Dart rakes 19th among compact cars, pulling down 31,064 sales through April. Last month was the company's strongest, with 8,099 units moving off of dealer lots. Unfortunately, the model has also been handicapped by its older sister, the Avenger. With Chrysler throwing heavy incentives at the aging sedan, many consumers have taken advantage of a better deal with the slightly larger, more powerful Avenger.
